In recent days, Li Yuanping, member of the Standing Committee of the Guizhou Provincial Committee of the CPC and Secretary of the Provincial Discipline Inspection Committee and Provincial Supervisory Commission, published an article titled Exerting Great Efforts to Eradicate the Soil and Conditions for the Spread of Corruption, in which he pointed out several tigers and mentioned the political ecology. The article states that Sun Zhigang, Li Zaiyong, Zhou Jiankun, and others have done the greatest harm to Guizhou by destroying the political ecology. It calls for learning the profound lessons from the cases of Sun Zhigang, Li Zaiyong, Zhou Jiankun, and others, resolutely investigating corruption intertwined with political and economic issues, and resolutely eliminating two-faced people who have degenerated politically and are not loyal to the Party, and strictly preventing political risks.
The article also mentions that since the investigation of Sun Zhigang and others, especially the implementation of case-oriented correction, the provincial Party committee has resolutely eliminated a group of villains and diseases in the cadre队伍 and trees and forests that pollute them, effectively purifying the political ecology.
This incident reflects the ongoing efforts of the Chinese government to combat corruption and maintain a healthy political environment. It also serves as a reminder to all officials to adhere to the Party’s principles and rules, and to serve the people wholeheartedly.
