Hefei, China– Chinese environmental services provider Xingyuan Environment has entered the battery manufacturing market withthe establishment of a new subsidiary, Hefei Xinzhi Energy Technology Co., Ltd. The company, registered with a capital of 500,000 yuan (approximately $70,000), will focus on battery production, electric vehicle charging infrastructure operation, and Internet of Things (IoT) devicemanufacturing and application services.

According to information from the corporate information platform Qichacha, Hefei Xinzhi Energy Technology is wholly owned by Xingyuan Environment through an indirect holding structure. The company’s legal representative is Zhu Linghua.
