“花式”普法 云南掀起学法新热潮
云南省近年来积极探索创新普法方式，以“花式”普法掀起学法新热潮，让法治理念深入人心。
近日，“全国网络普法行·云南站”活动在云南各地展开，以线上线下多种形式，为游客市民带来沉浸式网络普法新体验。
普法专列，开启法治之旅
搭乘普法专列，游客在车厢内通过丰富的网络普法元素进行现场互动，轻松学习到实用的法律知识。中老铁路境内沿线各地也在高铁站以多种方式开展网络普法宣传，例如昆明南站的蓝色打卡装置吸引了不少过往旅客驻足拍照，普洱站出站口的电子大屏滚动播放原创网络普法短视频以及网络普法动画等，让普法更贴心。
博物馆里的法治课堂
在云南省网络普法特色基地——澄江化石地世界自然遗产博物馆，一排排法律宣传展板整齐摆放在路两侧，科普大篷车“开”进了博物馆。线上扫码答题、线下现场互动、领取普法宣传品等活动吸引了大批游客参与。澄江市司法局围绕生态环境保护、未成年人保护、电信诈骗、网络安全、个人隐私保护等主题，通过新媒体宣传、实地宣传等形式开展普法宣传活动40余场，为前来澄江旅游的游客送上了一份丰富的法治礼包。
文化普法，润物无声
云南大理白族自治州巍山县通过普法打歌调、农村普法快板、法治歌曲、诗朗诵、普法小品等表演，让法治文化融进群众的生活。弥渡县则利用花灯表演开展普法，唱响“花灯普法”的优美旋律。这些具有民族、乡村文化特色的法治文化作品，让普法更具温情。
线上线下，多管齐下
云南持续推进线上普法活动，昆明公安组建“巾帼反诈小分队”“昆明警方反诈主播”等宣传队伍，持续揭露诈骗手段、全面宣传防诈技巧，让反电诈宣传更喜闻乐见、更深入人心。普洱公安通过发布各类野生动物保护视频，让更多人参与到自然环境保护工作之中。
这些“接地气”“聚人气”“冒热气”的普法宣传，向广大网民传递了法治理念，让尊法、学法、守法、用法氛围在云岭大地蔚然成风。

Legal Outreach Trains: Embarking on a Journey of Law
Aboard legal outreach trains, passengers engage in interactiveactivities with rich online legal elements, acquiring practical legal knowledge in a relaxed manner. Along the China-Laos Railway, various online legal outreach campaigns are being conducted at high-speed rail stations. For example, the blue check-in installation atKunming South Station attracts numerous passersby to take photos, while the electronic screens at the exit of Pu’er Station display original online legal outreach short videos and animations, making legal outreach more accessible.
Legal Classrooms in Museums
At the Chengjiang Fossil Site World Natural Heritage Museum, a designated Yunnan onlinelegal outreach base, rows of legal publicity boards are neatly arranged on both sides of the path, while a science outreach vehicle “drives” into the museum. Online scan-to-answer quizzes, offline interactive activities, and legal outreach merchandise distribution attract a large number of tourists. The Chengjiang Municipal Bureau of Justice has conductedover 40 legal outreach campaigns through new media promotion and on-site publicity, focusing on themes such as ecological environment protection, child protection, telecommunications fraud, cybersecurity, and personal privacy protection, offering a rich legal package to tourists visiting Chengjiang.
Cultural Legal Outreach: A Subtle Influence
In Weishan County, Dali Bai Autonomous Prefecture, Yunnan, legal outreach performances such as folk songs and dances, rural legal fast-talking, legal songs, poetry recitations, and legal sketches have integrated legal culture into the lives of the masses. In Midu County, lantern performances are used for legal outreach, singing the beautiful melodyof “Lantern Legal Outreach.” These legal cultural works, infused with ethnic and rural cultural characteristics, make legal outreach more heartwarming.
Online and Offline: A Multi-pronged Approach
Yunnan continues to promote online legal outreach activities. Kunming Public Security has formed propaganda teams such as the “Women’s Anti-Fraud Squad” and “Kunming Police Anti-Fraud Broadcasters,” continuously exposing fraudulent tactics and comprehensively promoting anti-fraud skills, making anti-fraud publicity more appealing and deeply ingrained. Pu’er Public Security has released various wildlife protection videos, encouraging more people to participate in natural environment protection.
