云南巍山:打歌调说快板,奏响民族“普法和谐音”

光明网巍山讯 (记者 孙满桃) “法治建设靠大家,弘扬法、传播法,普法春风吹山洼,彝山盛开文明花,法律大旗来带路,小康路和谐路,法律铸就幸福路。” 8月23日,“全国网络普法行·云南站”活动媒体团走进国家历史文化名城、中国彝族打歌艺术之乡、中国名小吃之乡巍山,亲身感受了当地以歌舞形式开展普法宣传的独特魅力。

巍山古城内,一场别开生面的普法文艺演出正在进行。快板节目、彝族打歌、声乐等精彩节目轮番上演,群众载歌载舞,现场气氛热烈。这座历史文化名城用热情洋溢的歌舞传递法治的力量,用欢快的旋律点燃守法的明灯,将普法宣传融入到群众的日常生活之中。

巍山是南诏的发祥地,拥有厚重的历史文化底蕴。全县拥有长春洞、等觉寺、南诏镇古建筑群、山龙山于图山城址等国家级重点文物保护单位,是云南省重要的历史文化名城。

巍山也是多民族聚居县,境内有25个民族分布,主要有汉、彝、回、白、苗、傈僳等6个世居民族。巍山曾三次被国务院表彰为“民族团结进步模范集体”,2014年被国家民委命名为“第二批全国民族团结进步创建活动示范县”。

近年来,巍山县积极开展法治文化阵地建设,先后在县城南诏文化广场建成了“巍山县法治文化广场”,并在庙街镇古城村等地建成具有规模的法治文化宣传阵地8个。

为了将法治文化更深入地融入群众生活,巍山县还开展了“法治文化乡村行”活动。演出以普法打歌调、农村普法快板、法治歌曲、诗朗诵、普法小品为主要内容,用群众喜闻乐见的法治文化作品、朴实的语言、生动的典型案例,以面对面、零距离的方式,简洁直观地将宪法、民法典、反诈骗、妇女权益保护等法律知识展示到老百姓的面前。在寓教于乐中,法治文化走进群众的生活,融入群众的心里。

巍山县以歌舞形式开展普法宣传,不仅展现了当地独特的民族文化,更体现了法治宣传的创新性和趣味性,让普法工作更加贴近群众,取得了良好的社会效果。

Wei Shan, Yunnan, China (Guangming.com) – “Rule oflaw construction relies on everyone, promoting and spreading the law, the spring breeze of rule of law blows through the mountain valleys, civilized flowers bloom in the Yi Mountains, the legal banner leads the way, the road to a well-off society, the road to harmony, the law builds the road to happiness.” On August 23rd, the media team of the “National Online Rule of LawPromotion Tour – Yunnan Station” visited Wei Shan, a national historical and cultural city, the hometown of Yi ethnic dance and song art, and a famous snack town in China, experiencing firsthand the unique charm of the local rule of law promotion throughdance and song.

Within the ancient city of Wei Shan, a unique rule of law cultural performance was underway. Clapping stick performances, Yi ethnic dance, and vocal music, among other exciting programs, took turns captivating the audience. The people sang and danced, creating a lively atmosphere. This historical and cultural city usesenthusiastic song and dance to convey the power of the rule of law, igniting the beacon of law-abiding with joyful melodies, integrating rule of law promotion into the daily lives of the people.

Wei Shan is the birthplace of the Nanzhao Kingdom, boasting a rich historical and cultural heritage. The county boastsnational-level key cultural relic protection units such as the Changchun Cave, the Dengjue Temple, the Nanzhao Town Ancient Architectural Complex, and the Shanlongshan Yutushan City Site, making it a significant historical and cultural city in Yunnan Province.

Wei Shan is also a county with a diverse population,with 25 ethnic groups residing within its borders, primarily Han, Yi, Hui, Bai, Miao, and Lisu, among six major indigenous ethnic groups. Wei Shan has been recognized three times by the State Council as a “Model Collective for Ethnic Unity and Progress” and was designated by the State Ethnic Affairs Commissionas a “Second Batch of National Ethnic Unity and Progress Creation Activity Demonstration Counties” in 2014.

In recent years, Wei Shan County has actively promoted the construction of rule of law cultural venues, building the “Wei Shan County Rule of Law Cultural Square” in the Nanzhao Cultural Square in thecounty seat and establishing eight large-scale rule of law cultural propaganda venues in places like Gucheng Village in Miaojie Town.

To further integrate rule of law culture into the lives of the people, Wei Shan County has also launched the “Rule of Law Culture Rural Tour” activity. The performances mainly consist of ruleof law dance and song tunes, rural rule of law clapping sticks, rule of law songs, poetry recitations, and rule of law skits. Using popular rule of law cultural works, simple language, and vivid typical cases, the performances present constitutional law, the Civil Code, anti-fraud, women’s rightsprotection, and other legal knowledge to the people in a face-to-face, zero-distance manner. Through entertainment and education, rule of law culture enters the lives of the people and becomes ingrained in their hearts.
