空军紧急驰援辽宁葫芦岛，直升机空投物资救助被困村民
中新网葫芦岛8月23日电（记者 胡寒笑）连日来的洪涝灾害，导致辽宁省葫芦岛市建昌县养马甸子乡枣木杠沟村通往外界的道路桥梁被毁，数十名村民被困，急需生活物资。今天（23日），北部战区空军运搜某旅紧急出动两架直升机，为受灾村民空投食品和生活物资。
据了解，受灾村庄位于山区，地形复杂，道路崎岖，且受灾严重，通往村庄的道路桥梁被洪水冲毁，导致救援人员无法及时到达。为了尽快将物资送到村民手中，空军运搜某旅接到任务后，迅速组织人员，紧急装载食品、饮用水等生活物资，并根据现场情况制定了详细的飞行计划。
上午10点多，两架直升机从驻地起飞，飞往受灾村庄上空。由于村庄没有合适的降落场地，机组采取空中悬停投送的方式，将物资精准投放到村民手中。
据悉，从8月20日开始，该旅共计出动14架次，到达16个点位进行搜索救援以及投送任务，为受灾地区送去了急需的物资和帮助。
此次空军紧急驰援，展现了人民军队听党指挥、能打胜仗、作风优良的政治本色，也体现了军民鱼水情深的深厚感情。空军将继续密切关注灾情发展，全力做好抗洪救灾工作，为受灾群众提供有力保障。

Huludao, Liaoning Province, August 23 (Xinhua) – Days of torrential floods have destroyed roads and bridges connecting Zaomugangou Village in Yangmadianzi Township, Jianchang County, Liaoning Province, trapping dozens of villagers and leaving them in urgent need of supplies. Today(August 23), two helicopters from the Northern Theater Command Air Force Transport and Search and Rescue Brigade were dispatched to airdrop food and supplies to the affected villagers.
The affected village is located in a mountainous area with complex terrain andrugged roads. The floods have caused severe damage, washing away roads and bridges leading to the village, making it impossible for rescue personnel to reach them in time. To deliver supplies to the villagers as quickly as possible, the Air Force Transport andSearch and Rescue Brigade, upon receiving the mission, swiftly organized personnel, loaded food, drinking water, and other necessities, and formulated a detailed flight plan based on the situation on the ground.
At around 10:00 am, two helicopters took off from their base and flew to the affected village. Asthere were no suitable landing sites in the village, the crew adopted a hovering airdrop method to precisely deliver the supplies to the villagers.
It is reported that since August 20, the brigade has dispatched a total of 14 sorties, reaching 16 locations for search and rescue and delivery missions, providingurgently needed supplies and assistance to the disaster-stricken areas.
