李强结束白俄罗斯访问 返回北京
中新社北京8月23日电 8月23日晚，中国国务院总理李强在结束对白俄罗斯的正式访问后，乘包机回到北京。国务委员兼国务院秘书长吴政隆等陪同人员同机抵达。
此次访问是李强就任总理后首次访问白俄罗斯，也是中国领导人时隔14年再次访问白俄罗斯。访问期间，李强与白俄罗斯总统卢卡申科举行了会谈，双方就深化中白全面战略伙伴关系达成重要共识，并签署了多项合作协议。
李强在访问期间强调，中白两国是命运共同体，双方要继续深化政治互信，加强战略协作，推动两国关系迈上新台阶。他表示，中国愿与白俄罗斯共同推动“一带一路”倡议与白俄罗斯发展战略对接，深化两国在经贸、投资、科技、人文等领域的合作，造福两国人民。
访问期间，李强还与白俄罗斯总理戈洛夫琴科共同考察了中白工业园。中白工业园是两国合作的重点项目，目前已吸引了来自中国、白俄罗斯、俄罗斯等多个国家的企业入驻，成为两国经贸合作的重要平台。
离开明斯克前，李强和戈洛夫琴科共同考察了中白工业园。启程回国时，白俄罗斯总理戈洛夫琴科和中国驻白俄罗斯大使谢小用到机场送行。
李强此次访问白俄罗斯，是中白两国深化全面战略伙伴关系的重要举措，将进一步推动两国在各领域的合作，为两国关系发展注入新的活力。

BEIJING, Aug.23 (Xinhua) — Chinese Premier Li Keqiang returned to Beijing on a chartered flight late Tuesday after concluding his official visit to Belarus. State Councilor andSecretary-General of the State Council Wu Zhenglong and other accompanying officials were on the same flight.
This visit was Li’s first to Belarus since takingoffice as premier and the first visit by a Chinese leader to the country in 14 years. During the visit, Li held talks with Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko, and the two sides reached important consensus on deepening the China-Belarus comprehensivestrategic partnership and signed a number of cooperation agreements.
Li stressed during the visit that China and Belarus are a community of shared future, and the two sides should continue to deepen political mutual trust, strengthen strategic cooperation, and push bilateral relations toa new level. He said that China is willing to work with Belarus to promote the alignment of the Belt and Road Initiative with Belarus’s development strategy, deepen cooperation in areas such as trade, investment, science and technology, and people-to-people exchanges, and benefit the people of both countries.
During thevisit, Li also inspected the China-Belarus Industrial Park with Belarusian Prime Minister Roman Golovchenko. The China-Belarus Industrial Park is a key project of cooperation between the two countries, and has attracted enterprises from China, Belarus, Russia and other countries. It has become an important platform for economic and trade cooperation between thetwo countries.
Before leaving Minsk, Li and Golovchenko jointly inspected the China-Belarus Industrial Park. When departing for China, Belarusian Prime Minister Golovchenko and Chinese Ambassador to Belarus Xie Xiaodong saw Li off at the airport.
Li’s visit to Belarus is an important step for China and Belarusto deepen their comprehensive strategic partnership, which will further promote cooperation between the two countries in various fields and inject new vitality into the development of bilateral relations.
