文明交流互鉴,共话中亚传播新发展——第三届中亚传播论坛在霍尔果斯举办

中新网乌鲁木齐8月23日电 (安冉) 以“文明·交流·互鉴”为主题的第三届中亚传播论坛,于8月21日至22日在中哈霍尔果斯国际边境合作中心成功举办。来自中国与中亚国家传播学领域的百余名专家学者齐聚一堂,围绕中亚传播与文明交流互鉴等议题展开深入探讨,为推动中国—中亚文化交流合作贡献智慧。

此次论坛由新疆大学新闻与传播学院牵头主办,旨在以传媒为桥梁,深化中国与中亚国家之间的文化交流与合作。新疆大学党委常委、副校长沙吾列·依玛哈孜表示,新疆大学积极开展对外学术交流,此次论坛将从理论和实践两个层面为中国与中亚友好合作关系、对外讲好中国故事等提供对策和建议。

新疆大学新闻与传播学院院长金玉萍在致辞中强调,本届论坛聚焦新问题新现象,通过跨学科、跨文化的对话,寻找促进区域和谐与共同繁荣的新思路和新方案。

论坛期间,来自中亚各国的专家学者分享了各自国家在传播领域的经验和见解。吉尔吉斯斯坦阿拉套国际大学教授库班尼奇别克·塔巴吉耶夫指出,共建“一带一路”倡议、中吉乌铁路建设等项目不仅促进稳定与和平、发展各国经济,更能提高普通民众的生活水平。他强调,加强民间交往,助力民心相通、互鉴交流至关重要。

哈萨克斯坦阿布莱汗国际关系与外国语大学国际传播系副教授玛蒂娜·阿诗洛娃则关注了社交媒体面临的虚假消息问题,她认为,哈中两国媒体人应加强合作,拓宽合作渠道,共同讲好中国和中亚的故事。

乌兹别克斯坦新闻与大众传媒大学教授努尔兰·乌斯马诺夫介绍了乌传媒行业面临的机遇与挑战,并呼吁中国和中亚国家之间加强交流合作,开展联合教育计划。

清华大学新闻与传播学院教授陈昌凤围绕人工智能如何影响国际传播进行了探讨,她认为,在智能时代,应该将数据视为基础设施,并建设跨平台合作,利用好大模型,讲好中国故事。

第三届中亚传播论坛的成功举办,为中国与中亚国家在传播领域的合作搭建了新的平台,也为促进文明交流互鉴、推动区域发展贡献了力量。未来,双方将继续加强交流合作,共同促进中亚传播事业的繁荣发展。

The Third Central Asia Communication Forum, themed “Civilization, Exchange, and Mutual Learning,” was successfully held from August 21st to 22nd at the China-Kazakhstan Khorgos International Border Cooperation Center. Over 100 experts and scholars from China and Central Asiancountries gathered to engage in in-depth discussions on topics such as Central Asia communication and civilization exchange and mutual learning, contributing their wisdom to promoting cultural exchange and cooperation between China and Central Asia.

The forum was jointly organized by the School ofJournalism and Communication of Xinjiang University, aiming to deepen cultural exchange and cooperation between China and Central Asian countries through media as a bridge. Shawulie Yimahazi, a member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and Vice President of XinjiangUniversity, stated that Xinjiang University actively engages in international academic exchanges. This forum will provide strategies and suggestions from both theoretical and practical perspectives for promoting friendly cooperative relations between China and Central Asia, as well as for telling China’s story to the world.

Jin Yuping, Dean of the School of Journalism and Communication ofXinjiang University, emphasized in her speech that this forum focuses on new issues and phenomena, seeking new ideas and solutions to promote regional harmony and common prosperity through cross-disciplinary and cross-cultural dialogue.

During the forum, experts and scholars from various Central Asian countries shared their experiences and insights in the field of communication. Kubanichbek Tabagiyev, a professor at the Ala-Too International University in Kyrgyzstan, pointed out that initiatives such as the Belt and Road Initiative and the construction of the China-Kyrgyzstan-Uzbekistan Railway not only promote stability and peace, but also develop the economies of various countries, ultimately improving the livingstandards of ordinary people. He stressed the crucial importance of strengthening people-to-people exchanges to facilitate mutual understanding and communication.

Martina Ashillova, Associate Professor of International Communication at Ablai Khan University of International Relations and Foreign Languages in Kazakhstan, focused on the issue of fake news on social media. She believesthat media professionals from Kazakhstan and China should strengthen cooperation, broaden channels of collaboration, and jointly tell the stories of China and Central Asia.

Nurlan Usmanov, a professor at the University of Journalism and Mass Communications in Uzbekistan, introduced the opportunities and challenges facing the Uzbek media industry and called for enhanced communication and cooperationbetween China and Central Asian countries, including joint educational programs.

Chen Changfeng, a professor at the School of Journalism and Communication of Tsinghua University, discussed the impact of artificial intelligence on international communication. She believes that in the age of intelligence, data should be viewed as infrastructure, and cross-platform cooperation should beestablished to utilize large language models effectively and tell China’s story well.

The successful holding of the Third Central Asia Communication Forum has built a new platform for cooperation in the field of communication between China and Central Asian countries, contributing to promoting civilization exchange and mutual learning and driving regional development. In the future, both sideswill continue to strengthen communication and cooperation to jointly promote the prosperous development of Central Asian communication.
