上海工匠创新成果展：致敬“上海师傅”的技艺与智慧
上海，这座充满活力与创造力的城市，不仅是经济中心，也是无数“上海师傅”技艺与智慧的结晶地。由上海市总工会主办的“上海工匠创新成果展”于8月23日在上海市工人文化宫隆重开幕，集中展示了100个项目、58组实物模型，展现了“上海师傅”们在城市发展中对技艺的执着追求、对品质的精益求精、对创新的不断探索。
展览以“大国工匠”创新成果展区和上海职工优秀创新成果展区两大展区为核心，分为六大板块。其中，“大国工匠”创新成果展示板块重点展示了王曙群、杨戌雷等9名大国工匠以及姚启明、庄秋峰等11名大国工匠培育对象的创新成果和事迹。其余板块则聚焦现代化产业体系，展示了上海工匠在各个领域取得的优秀创新成果，包括上海市优秀发明选拔赛金奖获奖项目成果，以及“海派工匠”“上海师傅”为上海“五个中心”建设作出的贡献。
展览中，不少令人惊叹的创新成果令人印象深刻。例如，全球首套100兆牛力标准测力机、全球首个一体式铝硅拼焊热冲压零件、120余件国产化替代精密零部件、北京冬奥会国家雪车雪橇赛道、上海国际马术中心场馆等，都体现了“上海师傅”们精湛的技艺和强大的创新能力。
展览还精心设计了航天、船舶、航运等沉浸式实景展区，让观众身临其境地感受创新魅力。在“骥跃号”盾构机模型前，来自隧道股份上海城建隧道装备有限公司的上海工匠陈柳锋讲述了这款由上海设计、上海制造的超大直径盾构机在机场联络线工程中创造的奇迹。从一名普通电工成长为上海工匠，他的职业生涯也见证了国产盾构机的诸多里程碑时刻。
在上海久事国际马术中心模型前，设计师之一、来自华建集团华东建筑设计研究院有限公司的上海工匠范一飞分享了场馆设计背后的故事。为了做好这个项目，他和团队投入了7年时间，从马术“小白”成长为行业专家。马术中心的投入使用，使上海成为国内唯一集国际顶级马术赛事与符合国际标准的永久性马术专业场馆为一体的城市。
这些令人动容的故事，诠释了“执着专注、精益求精、一丝不苟、追求卓越”的工匠精神。这些“上海师傅”用智慧和双手创造了一个又一个奇迹，为上海城市发展贡献了力量，也为中国制造业的进步贡献了力量。

Shanghai, a vibrant and creative city, is not only an economic center but also a crystallization of the skills and wisdom of countless “Shanghai Masters.” The “Shanghai Craftsmen Innovation Achievements Exhibition,” hosted by the Shanghai Federation of Trade Unions, grandly opened on August 23rd at the Shanghai Workers’ Cultural Palace, showcasing 100 projects and 58 physical models, demonstrating the “Shanghai Masters'” unwavering pursuit of craftsmanship, dedication to quality, and continuous exploration of innovation in the city’s development.
The exhibition centersaround two main sections: the “Great Craftsmen” Innovation Achievements Section and the Shanghai Workers’ Excellent Innovation Achievements Section, divided into six thematic areas. The “Great Craftsmen” Innovation Achievements Section highlights the innovative achievements and stories of nine GreatCraftsmen, including Wang Shuguang and Yang Xulei, as well as 11 Great Craftsmen cultivation candidates, including Yao Qiming and Zhuang Qiu峰. The remaining sections focus on the modern industrial system, showcasing the outstanding innovative achievements of Shanghai craftsmen in various fields, including the award-winning projectsof the Shanghai Excellent Invention Selection Competition, as well as the contributions made by “Haipai Craftsmen” and “Shanghai Masters” to the construction of Shanghai’s “Five Centers.”
The exhibition features numerous impressive innovative achievements. For example, the world’s first 100-meganewton standardforce measuring machine, the world’s first integrated aluminum-silicon patchwork hot stamping part, over 120 domestically produced precision parts, the Beijing Winter Olympics National Bobsleigh and Skeleton Track, and the Shanghai International Equestrian Center venue all demonstrate the exquisite craftsmanship and powerful innovative capabilities of the “Shanghai Masters.”
The exhibition also features immersive real-scene exhibition areas dedicated to aerospace, shipbuilding, and shipping, allowing visitors to experience the charm of innovation firsthand. In front of the “Ji Yue Hao” tunnel boring machine model, Chen Liufeng, a Shanghai craftsman from Shanghai Chengjian Tunnel Equipment Co., Ltd., shared the storyof this ultra-large diameter tunnel boring machine, designed and manufactured in Shanghai, creating a miracle in the airport connecting line project. From a humble electrician to a Shanghai craftsman, his career has witnessed numerous milestones in the development of domestically produced tunnel boring machines.
In front of the model of the Shanghai Jiushi InternationalEquestrian Center, Fan Yifei, one of the designers and a Shanghai craftsman from the East China Architectural Design & Research Institute of the China Construction Design Group, shared the story behind the venue design. He and his team dedicated seven years to this project, transforming from equestrian “novices” into industry experts. Theopening of the equestrian center has made Shanghai the only city in China with both international top-level equestrian events and permanent equestrian professional venues that meet international standards.
These moving stories embody the spirit of craftsmanship: “dedication, pursuit of excellence, meticulousness, and striving for perfection.” These “Shanghai Masters” have createdone miracle after another with their wisdom and hands, contributing to the development of Shanghai and the progress of China’s manufacturing industry.
