##农资行业扛稳保供责任，以确定性应对粮食市场不确定性
**中新网北京8月22日电 (梁小燕)** 中华全国供销合作总社农业生产资料与棉麻局二级巡视员、中国农业生产资料流通协会副会长符纯华日前表示，农资行业要扛稳农资保供责任，守牢国家粮食安全底线，以农资稳产保供的确定性来应对粮食市场的不确定性，为保障国家粮食安全作出积极贡献。
符纯华是在由中国农业生产资料流通协会、陕西省榆林市子洲县人民政府主办的2024第四届中国有机肥产业发展大会上发表上述讲话的。他指出，当前国内外市场形势复杂，极端自然灾害频繁，做好农资保供稳价对确保粮食安全和社会稳定至关重要。
符纯华强调，有机肥产业发展面临着生产规模小、技术支撑不足、质量参差不齐、施用指导不足等问题，直接影响了产业的健康发展，也影响了农民的使用体验和农业生产的效果。他认为，解决这些问题需要政府、企业和农民共同努力，通过提高生产标准、加强技术支撑和提供正确的施用指导等措施来改善。
符纯华还表示，有机肥行业要贯彻新发展理念，引入新技术、新模式、新业态，打通畜禽粪肥还田“最后一公里”，助力农业面源污染治理和绿色高质量发展。
中国农资流通协会表示，将继续加强行业自律，引导企业规范生产经营，提升农资产品质量，为农业生产提供优质高效的农资保障，为保障国家粮食安全贡献力量。

Fu Chunhua madethese remarks at the 2024 Fourth China Organic Fertilizer Industry Development Conference, co-hosted by the China Agricultural Production Materials Circulation Association and the People’s Government of Zizhou County, Yulin City, Shaanxi Province. Hepointed out that the current domestic and international market situation is complex, extreme natural disasters are frequent, and ensuring the stable supply and pricing of agricultural inputs is crucial for ensuring food security and social stability.
Fu Chunhua emphasized that the organic fertilizer industry faces challenges such as small production scale, insufficient technical support, uneven quality,and inadequate application guidance, directly affecting the industry’s healthy development and impacting farmers’ usage experience and agricultural production outcomes.
