##全球领先pBFS技术落地上海 助力医生精准治疗脑病

**中新网上海8月21日电 (记者 陈静)**近年来,脑科学研究在全球范围内蓬勃发展,成为科技创新的重要方向。记者21日获悉,全球领先的“个体化脑功能区剖分技术(pBFS技术)”已在华实现从实验室推向临床,标志着脑疾病精准治疗迈入新阶段。

pBFS技术由北京大学生物医学前沿创新中心(BIOPIC)教授刘河生团队独创,可将不同个体的大脑精细剖分为213个边界清晰、定义准确的功能分区。2015年,斯坦福大学Amit Etkin教授在《柳叶刀·精神学》撰文评价这项技术为“神经影像学的转折点”。

人脑功能分布高度个性化,例如,语言功能区可能位于左脑或右脑。功能性脑疾病则是大脑某一或多个功能出现问题。目前,医生难以精准定位患者脑部问题所在,导致无法对症治疗。

pBFS技术则可以获得患者的“大脑功能指纹”,为医生提供精准的脑疾病诊断依据。基于此,医生可制定个性化调控方案,通过成像、图谱、靶点、治疗四个步骤,实现患者脑环路异常的修复。

据悉,该方案已在神经医学科、康复医学科、精神医学科及儿童医学科等4个科室的16类脑疾病中取得疗效突破,并获得广泛认可。

刘河生教授表示,未来,科研人员将继续优化迭代pBFS技术,探究更精致的脑部功能网络,理解各种疾病在大脑中的表现,并通过症状找到影像学的生物标记物。同时,pBFS技术还将与脑机接口技术结合,形成脑病治疗的闭环。

当天,在脑科学领域取得诸多突破性成果的科技企业落户上海黄浦区,并在上海开设首家诊所。同期,“脑疾病个性化调控技术临床转化中心”揭牌。

上海市黄浦区委常委、副区长徐知表示,该科技企业的落户将助力黄浦区完善生命健康产业布局和产业结构,进一步优化和促进产业生态体系,为黄浦区建设中央科创区提供有力支撑。

**Shanghai, August 21 (CNS) -** Inrecent years, brain science research has flourished globally, becoming a crucial direction for technological innovation. On August 21st, it was learned that the globally leading”Personalized Brain Functional Segmentation Technology (pBFS Technology)” has been successfully transitioned from laboratory to clinical practice in China, marking a new era for precise treatment of brain diseases.

The pBFS technology was independently developed by Professor Liu Hesheng’s team at the Peking University Biomedical Frontier Innovation Center (BIOPIC). It can precisely segment the brains of different individuals into 213 distinct and well-defined functional regions. In 2015, Professor Amit Etkin from Stanford University, in an article published in *The Lancet Psychiatry*, hailed this technology as a “turning point for neuroimaging.”

The distribution of brain functions is highly individualized. For example, the language function area may be located in the left or right brain. Functional brain diseases occur when one or more brain functionsmalfunction. Currently, doctors struggle to pinpoint the exact location of the problem in a patient’s brain, leading to ineffective treatment.

The pBFS technology can obtain a patient’s “brain function fingerprint,” providing doctors with precise diagnostic information for brain diseases. Based on this, doctors can develop personalized treatment plans, usingimaging, mapping, targeting, and treatment in four steps to achieve the repair of abnormal brain circuits in patients.

It is reported that this approach has achieved breakthrough results in treating 16 types of brain diseases across four departments: Neurology, Rehabilitation Medicine, Psychiatry, and Pediatrics, and has gained widespread recognition.

ProfessorLiu Hesheng stated that in the future, researchers will continue to optimize and iterate the pBFS technology, exploring more refined brain functional networks, understanding the manifestation of various diseases in the brain, and finding imaging biomarkers through symptoms. Meanwhile, the pBFS technology will also be integrated with brain-computer interface technology to forma closed loop for brain disease treatment.

On the same day, a technology company that has achieved numerous breakthroughs in brain science landed in Shanghai’s Huangpu District and opened its first clinic in Shanghai. At the same time, the “Clinical Transformation Center for Personalized Brain Disease Regulation Technology” was unveiled.

Xu Zhi, member of the Standing Committee of the Huangpu District Committee of the Communist Party of China and Deputy District Mayor, stated that the company’s establishment will help Huangpu District to improve its life health industry layout and industrial structure, further optimize and promote the industrial ecosystem, and provide strong support for Huangpu District’sconstruction of a central science and technology innovation zone.
