##中央企业绿色氢能制储运创新联合体在京成立，推动氢能产业蓬勃发展
**中新网北京8月21日电 (记者 刘亮)** 21日，由国务院国有资产监督管理委员会指导，中国石化和国家能源集团联合主办的中央企业绿色氢能制储运创新联合体启动会在京召开。大会上，正式成立中央企业绿色氢能制储运创新联合体，标志着我国氢能产业发展迈入新的阶段。
中国石化董事长、中国工程院院士马永生和国家能源集团董事长刘国跃代表牵头单位分别致辞。马永生表示，氢能作为我国新型能源体系的重要组成部分，不仅是新兴产业的重点发展方向，也是传统产业实现绿色低碳转型的重要载体。中国石化将与国家能源集团一道履行牵头企业责任，与兄弟企业、高校院所加强合作，有力推进创新联合体建设，确保出色完成各项攻关任务。
刘国跃表示，当前氢能逐步成为能源革命的重要内容。国家能源集团高度重视氢能产业发展，坚持开放创新生态，围绕绿氢制取与转存、氢能存储与输配、氢基原料与动力、氢能安全与检测，扩大协同创新。未来将围绕“四个面向”和战略性新兴产业发展需求，与中国石化在系统性体系化科研攻关上强强联合，为我国氢能技术革命贡献力量。
据悉，中央企业绿色氢能制储运创新联合体是在国务院国资委指导下，由中国石化、国家能源集团牵头，联合近80家单位共同组建。创新联合体将致力于构建以央企为主导的产学研融合，大中小企业融通的良好生态，持续完善运行机制，凝聚优势科研力量，加强技术攻关，实现从基础研究到产业化的全链条创新，共同推进我国绿色氢能产业蓬勃发展。
此次联合体的成立，将进一步整合中央企业在氢能领域的优势资源，推动氢能产业链的协同发展，加快氢能技术突破和产业化进程，为实现碳达峰碳中和目标贡献力量。

**BEIJING, Aug. 21 (Xinhua)** — The Central Enterprises Green Hydrogen Production, Storage and Transportation Innovation Consortium was launched in Beijing on Monday, markinga new stage in China’s hydrogen energy industry development.
The consortium, guided by the State Administration of State Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (SASAC)and co-hosted by China Petrochemical Corporation (Sinopec) and State Power Investment Corporation Limited (SPIC), was officially established at the launch ceremony.
Ma Yongsheng, chairman of Sinopec and academician of the ChineseAcademy of Engineering, and Liu Guoyue, chairman of SPIC, delivered speeches on behalf of the leading units.
Ma Yongsheng said that hydrogen energy, as an important part of China’s new energy system, is not onlya key development direction for emerging industries but also an important carrier for the green and low-carbon transformation of traditional industries. Sinopec will work with SPIC to fulfill its responsibilities as a leading enterprise, strengthen cooperation with brother companies and universities, and effectively promote the construction of the innovation consortium to ensure the successful completionof all key tasks.
Liu Guoyue stated that hydrogen energy is gradually becoming an important part of the energy revolution. SPIC attaches great importance to the development of the hydrogen energy industry, adheres to an open innovation ecosystem, and expands collaborative innovation around green hydrogen production and storage, hydrogen storage and distribution, hydrogen-based raw materials and power, and hydrogen safety and testing. In the future, SPIC will, based on the “four orientations” and the development needs of strategic emerging industries, join forces with Sinopec in systematic and systematic scientific research to contribute to China’s hydrogen energy technology revolution.
It is understood thatthe Central Enterprises Green Hydrogen Production, Storage and Transportation Innovation Consortium was jointly established by Sinopec and SPIC, with the guidance of SASAC, and nearly 80 units.
