Toshihiro Kanesaka, the president of the Shimane Prefecture Motorized Bottom Trawling Fisheries Cooperative, stated, “Our fishermen, through their hard work and ingenuity, have caught a large quantity of valuable fish like the ‘Black Throat,’ which is the best reward for their dedication.
