##中越深化全面战略合作伙伴关系，携手共建命运共同体
新华社北京8月20日电 应中国共产党中央委员会总书记、中华人民共和国主席习近平邀请，越南共产党中央委员会总书记、越南社会主义共和国主席苏林于2024年8月18日至20日对中国进行国事访问。访问期间，两国领导人就进一步加强全面战略合作伙伴关系、推进中越命运共同体建设等议题深入交换意见，达成重要共识。
中越两国是山水相连的友好邻邦，两党两国关系历经风雨，始终保持着牢不可破的传统友谊。此次访问正值胡志明主席赴广东从事革命活动100周年，也为2025年即将到来的中越建交75周年奠定了坚实基础。
双方一致认为，在新时代，中越两党两国应牢记共同使命，坚定不移走好符合自身国情的社会主义现代化道路，持续深化和提升全面战略合作伙伴关系，共同构建具有战略意义的中越命运共同体，推动两党两国关系迈上新台阶。
越方高度评价中国取得的伟大成就，认为中国式现代化为发展中国家自主发展拓展了路径选择和实践方案，中国进一步全面深化改革、高水平对外开放将为各国发展带来新动力、新机遇。
中方高度评价越南革新近40年来取得的重要成就，特别是越共十三大以来各领域取得的显著重要全面成果，推动越南的综合实力和国际影响达到前所未有的高度。
双方在会谈中还就共同关心的国际地区问题交换了意见，达成广泛共识。两国将继续加强在国际事务中的协调与合作，共同维护地区和平稳定，促进共同发展。

**Beijing, August 20 (Xinhua)** – At the invitation of Xi Jinping, General Secretary of the Communist Partyof China (CPC) Central Committee and President of the People’s Republic of China, Nguyen Phu Trong, General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV) Central Committee and President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, paid a state visit to China from August 18 to 20, 2024. During the visit, the leaders of the two countries exchanged in-depth views and reached important consensus on further strengthening the comprehensive strategic partnership and advancing the building of a China-Vietnam community of shared future.
China and Vietnam are friendly neighbors sharing a common border. The relations between the two parties and countries haveweathered storms and maintained an unbreakable traditional friendship. This visit marks the 100th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh’s revolutionary activities in Guangdong, China, and lays a solid foundation for the 75th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Vietnam in 2025.
Both sides agreed that in the new era, the two parties and countries should bear in mind their shared mission, firmly pursue the path of socialist modernization that suits their own national conditions, continuously deepen and enhance the comprehensive strategic partnership, jointly build a China-Vietnam community of shared future with strategic significance, and push the relations betweenthe two parties and countries to a new level.

During the talks, the two sides also exchanged views on international and regional issues of common concern and reached broad consensus. The two countries will continue to strengthen coordination and cooperation in international affairs, jointly maintain regional peace and stability, and promote common development.
