##情暖千里，内蒙古援建甘肃东乡县灾后医院重建
**中新网兰州8月20日电 (奥蓝)** 20日，由内蒙古红十字会援建的东乡县河滩中心卫生院奠基仪式在甘肃省临夏回族自治州东乡县举办，标志着该院灾后重建工作正式启动。
2023年12月18日，临夏回族自治州积石山县发生6.2级地震，波及东乡县，造成部分卫生院、学校受损严重。其中，河滩中心卫生院综合办公楼墙体出现明显裂缝，无法正常开展医疗就诊工作，成为危房。该院是一所集预防、保健、医疗、康复、健康教育等为一体的综合性医保定点医疗机构，辐射东乡县柳树乡、东源乡等地约4.5万人。
地震发生后，内蒙古红十字会及各界爱心人士、企业迅速行动，支援甘肃省救灾、救援和恢复重建款物2400余万元。内蒙古红十字会常务副会长杨凤屹在奠基仪式上表示，河滩镇中心卫生院综合办公楼灾后重建项目，是内蒙古红十字会援助甘肃省地震灾区灾后恢复重建项目里，群众需求最迫切、社会关注度最高、资金体量最大的项目。
“内蒙古自治区和鄂尔多斯市两级红十字会和爱心人士不辞劳苦，跨越千里，从辽阔塞北来到陇上高原。”甘肃省红十字会常务副会长任进全感慨地说，“他们想灾区之所想，急灾区之所急。”
据了解，河滩中心卫生院综合楼灾后重建项目总投资1309.4万元，其中内蒙古红十字会援建900万元。重建后的综合楼将拥有2336.18平方米建筑面积，共3层，设医疗功能用房、病房区、护士站等，将为当地群众提供更加安全、便捷的医疗服务。
长期以来，内蒙古红十字会先后向甘肃省捐赠款物近7000万元，帮助建设了1000多户民房、30多个教育和卫生项目，在5·12地震、舟曲泥石流、积石山地震等重大灾害的应急救援、灾后重建中发挥重要作用。此次援建河滩中心卫生院，再次体现了内蒙古红十字会对甘肃省人民的深厚情谊，也为灾区人民重建家园、恢复正常生活注入了新的希望。

**Lanzhou, August 20 (Xinhua)** – The groundbreaking ceremony for the reconstruction of the Hetan Central Health Center in DongxiangCounty, Gansu Province, was held on August 20th. The ceremony marks the official launch of the post-earthquake reconstruction project, funded bythe Inner Mongolia Red Cross Society.
On December 18, 2023, a 6.2 magnitude earthquake struck Jishi Mountain County in the Linxia Hui Autonomous Prefecture, affecting Dongxiang County and causing significant damageto some hospitals and schools. The Hetan Central Health Center, a comprehensive medical institution providing preventive, health, medical, rehabilitation, and health education services to approximately 45,000 people in Liushu Township and Dongyuan Township, suffered severe damage to its comprehensive office building, rendering it unsafe for medical services.
Following the earthquake, the Inner Mongolia Red Cross Society and various charitable individuals and enterprises swiftly responded, providing over 24 million yuan in aid for disaster relief, rescue, and reconstruction efforts in Gansu Province. The reconstruction project for the Hetan Central Health Center’s comprehensive office building has a total investment of 13.094 million yuan, with 9 million yuan contributed by the Inner MongoliaRed Cross Society. The reconstructed building will cover an area of 2,336.18 square meters, spanning three floors.
