##台风“云雀”掠过济州西部海域，尚无重大损失
**韩联社济州8月20日电**今年第9号台风“云雀”于今日掠过济州西部海域，截至目前，台风尚未对济州造成重大损失。
据韩联社报道，随着台风“云雀”的临近，济州西归浦市礼来洞前海掀起巨浪。济州地方气象厅于下午6时将济州岛南部外侧远海的台风预警变更为台风注意预警，但济州岛和济州岛前海海域、南海西部远海的台风特别预警依然生效中。
台风目前在西归浦西南方向约100公里附近的海域上以每小时33公里的速度北上。济州各主要地点的降水量当天下午6时分别为三角峰99毫米、金达莱地76.5毫米、汉拿山南壁66毫米等。最大瞬间风速为三角峰每秒29.9米、大静19.5米、牛岛19.2米等。
受台风影响，下午4时以后往返济州港沿岸各港口的客轮全部停航。济州机场出发和抵达的495个航班未停航，但112个航班延误。
济州消防安全总部透露，截至当天下午6时，尚未接到有关台风灾害的报告。济州道已于当天下午将应急响应等级从一级提高到二级。

Typhoon “Yun-ye”, the ninth typhoon of the year, skimmed past the western waters of Jeju Island on August 20, with no major damage reported so far.
According to Yonhap News Agency, large waves were observed at the front of Reilei-dong,Seogwipo City, Jeju, as the typhoon approached. The Jeju Regional Meteorological Administration downgraded the typhoon warning for the outer waters south of Jeju Island to a typhoon advisory at 6 pm, but the typhoon special warning forJeju Island, the waters off Jeju Island, and the far sea west of the South Sea remained in effect.
The typhoon is currently moving northward at a speed of 33 kilometers per hour, about 100 kilometerssouthwest of Seogwipo. As of 6 pm, rainfall in major locations on Jeju Island reached 99 millimeters at Samgakbong Peak, 76.5 millimeters at Jindallae, and 66 millimeters at the south wall of Hallasan Mountain. The maximum instantaneous wind speed reached29.9 meters per second at Samgakbong Peak, 19.5 meters per second at Daejeong, and 19.2 meters per second at Udo Island.
Due to the typhoon, all passenger ferries operating between Jeju Port and coastal ports were suspended after 4 pm. While495 flights departing from and arriving at Jeju Airport were not canceled, 112 flights were delayed.
The Jeju Fire Safety Headquarters reported that no typhoon-related damage had been reported as of 6 pm. The Jeju Provincial Government raised the emergency response level from Level 1 to Level2 in the afternoon.
Although Typhoon “Yun-ye” brought heavy rain and strong winds to Jeju, no major damage has been reported so far. The Jeju government has prepared for emergencies and is closely monitoring the typhoon’s movements to ensure the safety of the public.
