在会上，应急管理部调度中心副主任李刚表示，对于从业人员报告的事故隐患，生产经营单位负责人必须及时与报告人员沟通，并组织核查。一旦核查属实的隐患，应立即采取整改措施。李刚强调，生产经营单位应明确受理事故隐患报告的机构和人员，并提供多种便捷的报告途径，如微信小程序、电话和电子邮箱等，确保全员知晓如何报告隐患。
同时，李刚指出，生产经营单位应保障从业人员的知情权、参与权和建议权，认真对待一线员工提出的意见建议，并及时反馈处理结果。对于无法立即整改的隐患，应建立台账，实行闭环管理，确保隐患得到有效控制。
