日本濑户西高中老师大槻规子在交流中表示,濑户市与江西景德镇结为友好城市已有20多年历史,此次访问不仅能够加深日本青少年对江西文化的了解,也将成为他们人生中的宝贵经历,进一步促进中日友谊。

江西省政府外事办公室副主任陈俊在致辞中表示,江西省与岐阜县自1988年建立友好省县关系以来,在产业、文化、青少年等领域开展了深入的交流。陈俊强调,江西省高度重视中日青年交流,希望此次活动能够成为中日青年友谊的新起点,共同传承和维护中日友好关系。

据了解,此次交流大会共有120余位日本友城青少年和100多位江西高校师生参加。通过此次活动,中日两国青年不仅增进了相互了解,也加深了彼此间的友谊,为中日两国的友好交流做出了积极贡献。

HANOI, Aug. 19 (Xinhua) — A Sino-Japanese Youth Friendly Exchange Conference was held in the provincial capital of Jiangxi Province, Nanchang, on the evening of Aug. 19. The event was co-organized by the Jiangxi Provincial Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries, the Jiangxi Provincial Federation of Youth Societies, and the Jiangxi Provincial Chinese Professional Education Society. The aim of the conference was to further promote exchanges and cooperation between the youth of China and Japan and to deepen their friendship.

The conference invited students and teachers from Seto West High School in Seto, Ehime Prefecture, Japan, as well as representatives of international exchanges from Fukui Prefecture, and university students from Jiangxi. The program was rich and varied, including segments where representatives of Sino-Japanese friendly cities exchanged gifts and performances by Sino-Japanese youth for friendly exchange.

Ms. Kiyoko Otsuki, a teacher from Seto West High School, expressed in her exchange that the friendship between Seto and Jiangxi’s Jingdezhen has been established for more than 20 years. This visit not only deepens the understanding of Jiangxi culture among Japanese teenagers but also becomes a valuable experience in their lives, further promoting Sino-Japanese friendship.

Chen Jun, deputy director of the Jiangxi Provincial Foreign Affairs Office, delivered a speech in which he stated that since establishing a friendly relationship between provinces and prefectures in 1988, Jiangxi and Fukui have carried out in-depth exchanges in industries, culture, and youth fields. Chen stressed that Jiangxi attaches great importance to Sino-Japanese youth exchanges and hopes that the event will become a new starting point for Sino-Japanese youth friendship and contribute to the inheritance and maintenance of Sino-Japanese friendly relations.
