中新网乌鲁木齐8月18日电 (记者王小军)18日，中食食品产业(新疆)交易大厅(以下简称交易大厅)在乌鲁木齐市正式挂牌。该交易大厅的设立，是2024年中国商品交易市场内外贸一体化发展论坛的一个重要环节。
交易大厅位于海鸿国际食品物流港四楼，总面积达到一万平方米，设有新疆地州名品、新疆生产建设兵团优品、电商孵化中心、食品生产要素交易区等多个区域。厅内配备有交易大屏，可实时展示交易情况。
新疆食品商会执行会长姜睿表示，食品行业是经济发展和民生工程的重要组成部分，新疆作为中国重要的食品要素生产基地，交易大厅的成立将促进食品要素交易，推动食品产业数字化建设，并有助于新疆食品产业相关要素去库存，助力新疆食品走向全国乃至全球大市场。
