今年民航客运量有望创新高 预计全年达7亿人次
本报北京8月16日电 日前，第二届亚太航空安全研讨会在北京举办。中国民用航空局局长宋志勇在会上透露，今年上半年，中国民航运输总周转量、旅客运输量、货邮运输量分别比2019年同期增长11.9%、9%和18.7%，预计全年旅客运输量达7亿人次，有望创历史最高水平。
宋志勇表示，目前，中国有运输飞机4335架，运输机场262个、机场总容量达16亿人次，无人机年飞行达到千万小时量级，新注册无人机总数正在以月均10万架的速度增长。
同时，在大体量、高速度的发展态势下，中国民航运输航空亿客公里死亡人数和百万飞行小时重大事故率十年滚动平均值分别为0.0016和0.01，分别为全球平均值的1/3和1/10。
近年来中国民航积极融入全球民航体系，运输规模连续19年位居全球第二，对全球航空运输增长的贡献率超过20%。
随着中国经济的持续复苏和旅游业的发展，民航业正迎来前所未有的发展机遇。中国民用航空局将进一步加强航空安全管理，提升服务质量，确保旅客出行安全便捷。同时，也将继续推动民航业的国际合作与交流，为全球民航业的繁荣发展作出更大贡献。

China’s civil aviation passenger traffic is expected to reach a record high this year, with forecasts suggesting that the total number of passengers will reach 700 million.
BEIJING, August 16th, 2023 – Recently, the Second Asia-Pacific Aviation Safety Symposium was held in Beijing. At the event, Zong Zhiyong, the General Manager of the Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC), disclosed that in the first half of this year, China’s total transport volume of civil aviation, passenger traffic, and cargo and mail transport volume grew by 11.9%, 9%, and 18.7% respectively compared to the same period in 2019. The forecast for the whole year is that passenger traffic will reach 700 million, potentially setting a historical high.
Zong Zhiyong noted that currently, China has 4,335 transport aircraft, 262 civil airports with a total capacity of 1.6 billion passengers, and drone flights exceeding one million hours annually. The total number of newly registered drones is growing at an average rate of 100,000 per month.
Despite the large scale and rapid growth, the average death rate per billion passenger kilometers and the rate of major accidents per one million flight hours in China’s civil aviation are 0.0016 and 0.01 respectively, which are one-third and one-tenth of the global average.
In recent years, China’s civil aviation has actively integrated into the global aviation system, maintaining its position as the world’s second-largest carrier for 19 consecutive years, contributing more than 20% to global aviation growth.
