中新网西宁8月16日电 (火光 高翠玲 李隽)近日,中国人民解放军联勤保障部队第九四一医院成功实施了青海省首例“5G+机器人”远程操作的髌骨内侧支持带重建术。该手术是在解放军总医院骨科专家的5G远程指导下完成的,为一名19岁女性患者解决了复发性髌骨脱位的问题。
髌骨脱位是青少年常见的膝关节疾病,可导致长期的膝关节疼痛和功能障碍。第九四一医院骨科在此次手术中采用了骨科机器人辅助技术,通过5G技术实现了专家的远程指导。手术不仅提高了手术精度和效率,还显著减少了患者的手术时间和康复时间。
与传统手术相比,骨科机器人辅助手术能够实现高精度的手术导航和定位,减少了术中透视次数,降低了患者和医护人员的辐射暴露。手术过程中,机器人辅助下的手术时间从60分钟缩短至30分钟,仅需1cm切口,术中出血量仅2毫升,真正达到了微创手术的标准。
手术后,患者在术后4小时即可进行直腿抬高训练,24小时后在支具保护下进行膝关节屈伸功能练习,大大缩短了康复时间。解放军第九四一医院骨科副主任周鹏表示,骨科机器人不仅是一种“手”的延伸,更是“脑”的延伸,它的高精度光学导航和机械臂定位,为医生提供了精确的手术辅助。

The operation was completed under the 5G remote guidance of orthopedic experts from the General Hospital of the People’s Liberation Army, solving the recurrent patellar dislocation problem of a 19-year-old female patient.
Patellar dislocation is a common knee joint disease among adolescents, which can lead to chronic knee pain and functional impairment. The orthopedic department of the 941st Hospital used robotic-assisted technology in this surgery, realizing the remote guidance of experts through 5G technology. The operation not only improved the precision and efficiency of the surgery but also significantly reduced the patient’s operative time and recovery period.
