中新网天津8月14日电 (记者刘峰奇)天津市滨海新区与山西省大同市近日正式签订文旅文物合作框架协议,旨在通过在文物保护、文旅推介、展览展示等方面的合作,共同推动两地文化旅游业的高质量发展。
根据协议,滨海新区文化和旅游局与大同市文物局、大同市文旅局将分别签订《文物事业合作框架协议》和《文旅合作框架协议》,以实现文化交流、文物保护、旅游宣传推广和客源互送等多方面的合作,共同打造优质的文化旅游产品,为两地市民提供更好的文化旅游体验。
在签约仪式上,滨海新区文化和旅游局局长贺淑荣表示,两地将在10个方面进行合作,包括文化交流、文物保护、旅游宣传推广和客源互送等,以打造更多优质的文旅产品,共同为市民提供更好的文化旅游体验。
此外,由两地文旅部门共同主办的“‘同’趣无限滨城有‘形’全国青少年雕塑大展京津冀荣誉作品展”也在此次活动中举行了开展仪式。大同市文物局副局长王伟在仪式上表示,展览精选历届“青少年雕塑作品展览”中的优秀作品,尤其是京津冀地区青少年的参赛作品,展现了大同市在山西融入京津冀协同发展中的“桥头堡”作用。
大同市作为首批国家历史文化名城之一,拥有丰富的文化遗产和旅游资源,包括云冈、恒山、古城、长城、平型关等“4+1”文旅品牌。滨海新区则因海而生,拥有天津市全部153公里海岸线,海洋、工业、红色、邮轮等旅游资源优势明显。
大同市文化和旅游局局长安玉坤表示,滨海新区和大同地缘相近,人文相近,旅游资源能够形成优势互补。未来,两地将实现深入合作,相互推介文旅资源,达成两地互为旅游目的地的目标。
此次合作框架协议的签订,标志着两地文化旅游业将迎来新的发展机遇,通过资源共享、优势互补,共同推动文化旅游业的繁荣发展。

BEIJING, Aug. 14 (Xinhua) — The Binhai New District of Tianjin and Datong City in Shanxi Province officially signed a framework agreement on cultural and tourism cooperation recently, aiming to promote high-quality development of the two regions’ cultural and tourism industries through cooperation in areas such as cultural relics protection, cultural and tourism promotion, and exhibition display.
Under the agreement, the Binhai New District’s Bureau of Culture and Tourism and the Datong City Cultural Relics Bureau and Cultural and Tourism Bureau will sign the “Framework Agreement for Cultural Heritage Cooperation” and the “Framework Agreement for Cultural and Tourism Cooperation,” respectively. This will enable cooperation in areas such as cultural exchange, cultural relics protection, tourism promotion, and mutual promotion of tourists, to jointly create high-quality cultural and tourism products and provide better cultural and tourism experiences for residents of the two regions.
At the signing ceremony, Hu Xiu-rong, the director of the Binhai New District’s Bureau of Culture and Tourism, said that the two regions will cooperate in 10 areas, including cultural exchange, cultural relics protection, tourism promotion, and mutual promotion of tourists, to create more high-quality cultural and tourism products and jointly provide better cultural and tourism experiences for residents.
Additionally, the opening ceremony of the “Dongxi Fun and Shape Exhibition of National Youth Sculpture Competition and Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Honorary Works Exhibition” was held during the event, which was jointly hosted by the cultural and tourism departments of the two regions. Wang Wei, deputy director of the Datong City Cultural Relics Bureau, stated at the ceremony that the exhibition features outstanding works from previous “Youth Sculpture Exhibition” competitions, especially those from teenagers in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, showcasing Datong’s role as a “gateway” in integrating into the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordinated development.
As one of the first national historical and cultural cities, Datong has a rich heritage and tourism resources, including the Yungang Grottoes, Hengshan, the ancient city, the Great Wall, and Pingxingguan, among others. The Binhai New District, which was born from the sea, has all 153 kilometers of the coastal line of Tianjin, with obvious advantages in marine, industrial, red, and cruise tourism resources.
An Yuxun, the director of the Datong City Bureau of Culture and Tourism, said that Binhai New District and Datong are geographically close and share similar cultures, and their tourism resources can complement each other. In the future, the two regions will deepen their cooperation, promote each other’s cultural and tourism resources, and aim to become each other’s tourist destinations.
