中新网福建南安8月14日电 (记者 孙虹)作为中国著名侨乡，福建南安14日举行市域首个低空飞行场景石井区域首飞暨城市空中交通运营中心项目开工活动，标志着南安正式迈入低空经济新赛道。载人级自动驾驶飞行器“成功号”在此间正式首飞，南安成为福建省首个跻身自动驾驶飞行器“低空经济”赛道的县级市。
南安市委常委、副市长陈倩表示，未来南安将采取“以点串线、以线联片”模式，在现有3个航空飞行营地的基础上，每年新增3个飞行营地，系统布局空域起降基点，并规划多条跨区域通航线路，逐步构建多层次航空飞行体系，形成立体化飞行交通和物流枢纽。
当天首飞的载人级自动驾驶飞行器来自低空经济领军企业亿航智能，是全球首款也是唯一一款获得三大“通行证”的载人eVTOL，迄今已经在全球完成超过5万多次的安全飞行。亿航智能设备(广州)有限公司副总裁贺天星表示，南安具有发展低空经济的良好条件，公司将与南安的合作伙伴高效推进空中交通场景开放应用、产业生态构建、商业模式创新，助力福建省低空经济的高质量发展。
南安市低空经济产业发展服务有限公司的揭牌，以及多个低空经济相关项目的集中签约，标志着南安正加快构建全产业链条的低空经济集群，石井镇也将成为上可翱翔天际、下可通江达海的枢纽中心。

NAN’AN, Fujian, Aug. 14 (Xinhua) — As a renowned Huaqiao (overseas Chinese) town in China, Nan’an, Fujian Province, held a ceremony on Friday marking the first flight of its city-level low-altitude flight scenario in the Shijing region and the commencement of construction for a city aerial traffic operation center project, signifying Nan’an’s formal entry into the new race of low-altitude economy. The manned autonomous flying vehicle “Chenggong Hao” made its inaugural flight there, making Nan’an the first county-level city in Fujian to embrace the autonomous flying vehicle low-altitude economy.
Chen Qian, member of the CPC Nan’an Committee and vice mayor, said that in the future, Nan’an will adopt a “point-line-area” model, building on the existing three aviation flying camps, adding three more each year, systematically arranging airspace landing points, and planning multiple cross-regional general aviation routes to gradually construct a multi-level aviation flying system, forming a three-dimensional aerial transportation and logistics hub.
The first-flight autonomous flying vehicle was provided by the leading low-altitude economy enterprise, EHang Intelligent, which is the first and only one in the world to obtain three major “passports” for manned eVTOLs. To date, it has completed over 50,000 safe flights globally.
