论坛上,中国房地产业协会商业文化旅游地产委员会秘书长、研究员蔡云表示,今年以来,中国政府不断推出房地产调控政策,房地产市场出现积极信号。商品房销售面积、销售额、房屋新开工面积等关键指标降幅均有所收窄,显示出市场活跃度提升。
中国经济体制改革研究会副会长樊纲指出,虽然中国房地产眼下面临低谷,但城镇化进程还未完成,城镇化率仍有提升空间,这将为房地产市场提供持续的动力。他建议通过户籍改革、完善公共服务等措施,促进城市群发展,吸引更多人口流入,以增加对住房的需求。
