多地政府取消新房“限价”,楼市价格端逐渐市场化

政府不再指导新房价格或直接取消备案的同时,不少地方对房企降价也越来越“宽容”。购房者反映的楼盘大幅降价问题,官方均表示房企降价是市场行为。例如,武汉有购房者称,万和光谷开发商备案价2万多,现在“恶意降价”卖1.25万。当地政府表示,因企业与施工方存在债务纠纷,将部分房屋工抵给施工方,近期施工方为回笼资金,将“工抵房”低价出售,最高降价达6000元。
