中新网天津8月13日电 (记者 王君妍)记者13日从大港油田公司获悉,在渤海湾赵东油田开发过程中,该公司攻克高难度大斜度井长稳斜段钻完井难题,圆满完成下尾管及固井作业,以2645米的长度刷新国内侧钻井尾管下入最长纪录。

据介绍,大港油田公司赵东油田位于渤海湾极浅海区,长期坚持国际通用的日费制钻完井管理模式。基于海上开发的特点,平台井口数量有限,当井口全部使用完后,想要建新井,需对老井的下部井眼先按照标准注水泥塞封弃后,从上部井眼的套管内开窗侧钻出去,形成一个新的井眼。

据悉,目前,这个油田已在周边海域建设了密集式井网结构,平台共计近200个井口,地下已密布近400个井眼,一个井口作为油井最多被重复利用4次。这口井是赵东油田投入开发以来施工难度最大的一口侧钻井,属于高难度定向井,施工难度大,主要表现在地下井眼防碰绕障难度大、定向井工具要求高、井眼钻屑运移难度大、套管下入容易遇阻遇卡、固井质量难以保证。

据悉,由于这口大斜度井稳斜段过长,在套管下入过程中多次遇阻,海上、陆地技术团队采用智能钻井系统实时风险预警、四位一体防碰绕障技术确保井眼精准平滑、国产倒划眼扶正器增加井眼清洁能力,国产套管扭矩环提升套管抗扭能力、国产整体刚性旋流套管扶正器增加循环能力、国产超低双密度水泥浆体系提升固井质量,通过一系列技术手段攻克难关。历经39个小时,该井成功完成下套管及固井作业,从开钻到完井一共16.5天。

此次刷新纪录的侧钻井尾管下入作业,不仅展示了大港油田公司在海洋油气开发领域的先进技术和管理水平,也为我国海上油气资源的开采提供了宝贵经验和技术支持。

BEIJING, Aug. 13 (Xinhua) — A sidetrack well in the Zhaodong oilfield of the Daqing Oilfield Company has set a new national record for the longest drop of a borehole in such operations, state-run news agency Xinhua reported on Wednesday.

The company, located in the Bohai Sea, overcame the challenge of drilling and completing a high-angle well with a stable slope, and successfully completed the operation of dropping and casing the well, according to the report. The length of the dropped borehole is 2,645 meters, breaking the previous record.

The Zhaodong oilfield, which is located in the ultra-shallow offshore area of the Bohai Sea, has adhered to the international standard of daily fee management for drilling and completion operations. Due to the characteristics of offshore development, the number of wellheads on the platform is limited. When all the wellheads are in use, a new well must be drilled from the top of an existing wellhead after the old well’s bottom is sealed with a standard cement plug.

The oilfield has established a dense well network structure in the surrounding sea area, with nearly 200 wellheads on the platform and nearly 400 boreholes underground. A wellhead can be reused up to four times as an oil well. This sidetrack well is the most challenging one to date at the Zhaodong oilfield, a high-angle directional well, with significant difficulties in terms of avoiding and bypassing obstacles in the underground borehole, high requirements for directional well tools, difficulty in moving drill cuttings, resistance and sticking when dropping casing, and ensuring casing quality.

The long stable slope section of this high-angle well caused multiple obstructions during the casing drop operation. The offshore and onshore technical teams used an intelligent drilling system for real-time risk warning and a four-in-one technology for collision prevention and obstacle avoidance to ensure the precision and smoothness of the borehole. Domestic reverse sliding shoe stabilizers increased the cleanliness of the borehole, and domestic torque rings for casing increased the anti-twist ability of the casing. Domestic overall rigid swirl casing stabilizers increased the circulation capacity, and domestic ultra-low double-density cement slurry system improved the quality of the casing. Through a series of technical measures, the difficulties were overcome. After 39 hours of work, the well successfully completed the casing drop and casing operation, with a total time from drilling to completion of 16.5 days.
