中新网太原8月12日电 (任丽娜)12日,山西省第一届食品工业行业(品酒师)职业技能大赛在汾阳市杏花村汾酒会议中心举行。此次大赛由山西省总工会、山西省人社厅和山西省工信厅联合主办,旨在提升品酒师的专业技能,促进山西酒业的发展。

本次大赛吸引了来自山西全省8个地市、26家企业的300余名品酒师报名参赛。经过层层选拔,50名品酒师进入决赛。大赛分为理论知识考试和实际操作考核两部分,全面考察选手的专业知识和实际操作能力。比赛中,选手们凭借敏锐的感官和扎实的专业知识,展现了高水平的品评能力。
山西省总工会副主席杨晓兰表示,针对山西省品酒师人才基础薄弱、高技能人才匮乏的实际,山西将多措并举,激励广大品酒师学技术、学技能,努力锻造结构优良、素质优秀、技能高超、富有活力的品酒师队伍。
大赛最终将评出一等奖1名、二等奖2名、三等奖3名,第一名将获得山西省政府授予的“三晋技术能手”称号,并向山西省政府推荐为“五一劳动奖章”候选人。大赛前3名还将获得5000元、3000元、2000元的奖金奖励。此外,前10名将获得大赛组委会授予的“十佳品酒师”称号,前30名获得“省级白酒评委”,所有进入决赛选手都将获得大赛组委会授予的“优秀选手”奖。
