中新网江西上饶8月11日电 （记者刘阳禾）位于江西省上饶市的江西台鑫钢铁有限公司，是一家以生产建筑螺纹钢和部分优钢为主导产品的台资绿色环保钢铁企业。成立于2003年的台鑫公司，近年来积极响应国家“双碳”目标，通过科技创新、绿色化和数智化改革，探索“近零碳”短流程钢铁示范企业建设，实现企业绿色化转型及高质量发展。
台鑫公司董事长董建霖表示，公司通过使用废钢作为原料，变废为宝，不仅在环保上取得成效，还创造了可观的经济效益。今年5月，台鑫公司的“电弧炉冶炼过程‘近零碳’排放技术研发与示范工程”入选江西省首批低碳零碳负碳示范工程名单。
此外，台鑫公司投资20亿元进行大修节能改造，引进了先进的信息化系统，对装备进行了升级改造，实现了全程DCS监控、无人化运营、智能化管理。改造提升后，企业将实现连铸连轧，综合能耗减少20%左右，年产值可达60亿元，利税近5亿元，年用电量达12亿度，解决了近1200人的劳动就业。
