沈阳226名营商环境监督员受聘上岗，积极推动营商环境改善
沈阳市营商局近日举行营商环境监督员聘任大会，226名来自不同行业的精英被正式聘为新一届营商环境监督员。这些监督员在各自的领域内具有深厚的专业素养和广泛的影响力，是沈阳市优化营商环境、提升城市竞争力的重要支撑力量。
实施营商环境监督员制度是沈阳市打造市场化、法治化、国际化一流营商环境的重要举措。监督员的主要职责包括对市场环境、政务环境、法治环境、人文环境等八类营商环境建设情况开展监督，并主动为政府与企业、企业与企业之间牵线搭桥，帮助企业协调政府部门纾困解难。
沈阳市营商局党组书记、局长车东育在会上表示，自2018年开展营商环境监督员聘任工作以来，监督员们通过实地调研、座谈交流、明察暗访等多种方式，发现了183个问题，并提出了257个意见建议，所有问题均整改完成，为沈阳市营商环境的改善和优化做出了积极贡献。
新一届营商环境监督员代表、辽宁达能电气股份有限公司总裁关慧明在会上表示，他非常荣幸并深感责任重大，将努力当好优化营商环境的“监督员”、“调研员”、“宣传员”，为推动沈阳市营商环境的改善和优化做出积极贡献。
