中新网北京8月8日电 (李京统)近日，青海省纪委监委发布消息，经青海省委同意，青海省纪委决定采取九条措施，对党员干部违规吃喝问题进行持续深入整治。这九条措施包括廓清思想认识、奖励违规吃喝举报人、坚持常态提醒、坚持快查重处、坚持查现行抓典型、坚持风腐同查同治、坚持一案三查、点名道姓公开曝光、形成监督合力等。
青海省此次专项整治行动旨在破除党员干部中存在的错误认识，如“高原地区工作没有功劳也有苦劳”、“条件艰苦就可以降低标准放松要求”、“民风民俗理应从轻从宽”等。同时，鼓励群众实名举报违规吃喝行为，并承诺对查实的举报在立案审查调查时即向举报人兑现奖励。
除了群众举报，各级纪检监察机关还将强化与公安、市场监督管理等部门协同联动，以查酒驾醉驾为载体，不定期开展明察暗访，查现行、抓典型。对查实的问题，将采取快查重处的措施，对违规吃喝的党员干部一律先采取停职检查措施，再审查调查，并在干部大会上公开检讨。
此外，此次专项整治还要求坚持一案三查，不仅查处违规吃喝的当事人，还要查处组局者和参与者，启动问责程序，追究党委(党组)主体责任和纪委监督责任。
据了解，青海省纪委省监委此前便对全省党员干部的作风突出问题集中开展过大排查、大整治，全面起底涉酒问题线索，深挖彻查吃喝背后是否存在利益输送等问题。
中央纪委国家监委公布的数据显示，今年上半年，全国共查处违规吃喝问题9206起，批评教育和处理14509人，其中党纪政务处分10319人。
近期，多地纪检监察机关结合实际，开展违规吃喝问题专项整治，对违规吃喝问题开展了一次“大扫除”。广西、海南、甘肃、江苏等多个省份也都于近期对违规吃喝问题进行专项整治，直指“吃公函”“吃食堂”“吃老板”“吃下级”及其他违规吃喝问题。
