第十二届海峡青年节新闻发布会8日在福州举行，宣布本届海青节计划于8月11日至17日举办集中阶段活动，将青年发展工作融入各项活动，面向台湾青年发布超过2000个优质工作岗位。
福州市副市长赵明正介绍，福州市国企、台企、优质私企面向台湾青年发布年薪10万元(人民币，下同)以上工作岗位，截至8月7日，已征集年薪10万元以上就业岗位超2300个，其中，部分岗位年薪超20万，涵盖教育、医疗、电子、金融、软件开发、游戏策划、电子商务等众多领域。
福州市人社局副局长张莺介绍，福州市人社局将持续强化台湾青年来榕就业保障，大专及以上学历的台湾青年，可申请最长一年求职免费住宿；建设“两岸就业自由港”，每年开发超过1000个符合台湾青年需求的就业岗位；打造“支持台湾青年发展服务基地”；推进台胞职业资格直接采认工作，实现台胞职业资格“就近采认、就近发证”。
据悉，本届海青节集中阶段活动，包含第八届两岸大学生领袖营、第三届“走进政协·台湾青年说”、海峡气象青年汇等18项。台商、台企高管的“二代”“三代”将受邀来榕参加活动。截至7日，集中阶段各项活动已邀请台湾青年超1200人，其中首次来到大陆的台湾青年超600人，参与台湾青年数量将超历届。
第十二届海青节由国务院台湾事务办公室、中华全国青年联合会、福建省人民政府主办，福建省人民政府台湾事务办公室、福建省青年联合会、福州市人民政府共同承办。
本届海青节时间跨度从今年5月持续至12月，共开展42项活动，涵盖科技创新、就业创业、体育竞技、文化艺术、民间信仰等。

Zhang Yong, the Deputy Director of the Labor and Social Security Bureau of Fuzhou, introduced that the Fuzhou Labor and Social Security Bureau will continue to strengthen employment support for Taiwanese youth in Fuzhou. Taiwanese youth with a college degree or higher can apply for a one-year free accommodation period during their job search. Construction of the “Cross-Straits Employment Free Port” will be initiated, with over 1,000 job positions developed annually that meet the needs of Taiwanese youth. A “Support Base for Taiwanese Youth Development Services” will be established, and work on directly recognizing the professional qualifications of Taiwanese residents will be promoted, realizing “nearby recognition and issuance of certificates.”
It is reported that the concentrated activity period of this year’s Qinghai Festival includes 18 events such as the 8th Qinghai-Taiwan College Students Leadership Camp and the 3rd “Entering the People’s Political Consultative Conference – Taiwan Youth Speak.” Taiwanese entrepreneurs and executives’ “second-generation” and “third-generation” will be invited to participate in activities in Fuzhou. As of July 7, more than 1,200 Taiwanese youth have been invited to participate in the concentrated activity period, with more than 600 being first-time visitors to the mainland, surpassing the number of participants from previous years.
The 12th Qinghai Youth Festival is hosted by the State Council’s Taiwan Affairs Office, the All-China Federation of Youth Unions, and the Fujian Provincial Government, and is co-organized by the Fujian Provincial Government’s Taiwan Affairs Office, the Fujian Provincial Youth Federation, and the Fuzhou Municipal Government.
The festival’s activities, which span from May to December this year, include 42 events covering innovation and technology, employment and entrepreneurship, sports, arts, and folk beliefs.
