中新网四川康定8月6日电 (记者王鹏吕杨刘忠俊)记者6日下午从四川省甘孜州交通运输局获悉，康定山洪泥石流灾害发生后，经过连续几日的紧急抢修，318国道受灾段已基本抢通，将于7日上午实施管控放行。
此次灾害发生在8月3日凌晨，甘孜州康定市姑咱镇日地村突发山洪泥石流，导致雅康高速隧道间桥梁垮塌，日地村受灾严重。截至6日10时，灾害已造成12人遇难、15人失联。其中，4辆车共11人坠入桥下，1人成功获救，3人遇难、7人失联，日地村另有9人遇难、8人失联。
此次山洪泥石流造成了进出甘孜涉藏地区的318国道、雅康高速两条主通道中断，仅剩省道434线榆磨路一条通道。因此，抢通318国道成为重中之重。
记者6日下午在日地村现场看到，经过连续几个日夜的抢险，被泥石流堆积体覆盖的318国道已基本具备通行条件，压路机正在进行路面压实作业。
此外，甘孜州公安局交警支队副支队长张翔表示，省道434线榆磨路是一条旅游环线道路，车流量是平时的五六倍。甘孜州已投入警力910人次，确保路面基本畅通，未发生大面积拥堵，让2万余台次车辆顺利过境。
甘孜州商务合作局副局长王华东表示，灾害发生后，甘孜州第一时间启动应急物资保障响应，密切关注生活必需品供应情况，确保市场供应充足，价格稳定，市场供应平稳有序。
