8月3日，东海航海保障中心福州航标处辖区内的闽江进港航道浮标发生漂失现象。福州航标处立即启动应急预案，高效完成了失常航标的恢复任务，确保了闽江航道的畅通和船舶航行安全。
据悉，漂失的航标位于牛礁西灯浮，该水域通航环境复杂，航标对于过往船舶的航行安全至关重要。福州航标处值班室在当天下午4时40分发现航标位置异常，立即与辖区海事局和过往船舶核实信息，并发布了航标失常动态。随后，该处迅速组织技术人员前往现场，准备恢复作业所需的器材，并派遣新型航标夹持船海巡16206轮前往现场。
在夜间作业条件复杂的情况下，技术人员经过艰苦的努力，成功将漂失的灯浮拖带回收。紧接着，船舶管理中心调遣海巡1620轮对失常航标进行起吊复位作业。经过一个昼夜的奋战，4日上午11时，牛礁西灯浮恢复正常助航效能。

On August 3, a floating buoy in the Minjiang Inbound Harbor Channel within the jurisdiction of the Fujian LHAZ of the East China Sea Marine Surveillance Service experienced a loss of buoyancy. The Fujian LHAZ immediately activated its emergency response plan and successfully completed the task of restoring the out-of-service aids to navigation, ensuring the uninterrupted flow of the Minjiang River and the safety of vessel navigation.
It is reported that the lost buoy was located at Niuzhaoxidi Light Buoy, a watershed with a complex navigation environment where aids to navigation are crucial for the safety of vessels passing through. At 4:40 p.m. on the same day, the Fujian LHAZ duty room discovered an anomaly in the buoy’s position and immediately verified the information with the local maritime administration and passing vessels, and issued a notice of the loss of the aids to navigation. Subsequently, the department promptly organized technical personnel to the scene, prepared the equipment needed for the recovery operation, and dispatched the new-type buoy retrieval vessel Haizhou 16206 to the site.
