中新网银川8月2日电 (记者 杨迪)宁夏回族自治区人民检察院2日发布消息，日前，宁夏农垦集团有限公司原党委书记、董事长张戈(正厅级)涉嫌受贿罪一案，经宁夏回族自治区人民检察院指定管辖，由吴忠市人民检察院依法向吴忠市中级人民法院提起公诉。案件正在进一步办理中。
检察机关在审查起诉阶段，依法告知了被告人张戈享有的诉讼权利，并依法讯问了被告人，听取了辩护人的意见。吴忠市人民检察院起诉指控：被告人张戈利用担任中卫市原广播电视局局长，中卫市发展和改革委员会主任兼任中卫香山机场建设总经理，固原市原州区区长，隆德县委书记，固原市政府党组成员、副市长，石嘴山市副市长兼任石嘴山市贺兰山自然保护区清理整治指挥部总指挥，石嘴山市委常委、大武口区委书记、石嘴山高新技术产业开发区党工委书记，宁夏农垦集团有限公司党委书记、董事长职务上的便利或地位形成的便利条件，为他人谋取利益，非法收受他人财物，数额特别巨大，依法应当以受贿罪追究其刑事责任。
