中新网重庆7月31日电 (记者 周毅)31日,哈密至重庆±800千伏特高压直流输电工程渝北换流站(以下简称:重庆渝北±800千伏换流站工程)建设现场,首台500千伏GIS设备顺利入驻钢结构厂房,标志着重庆渝北±800千伏换流站工程全面进入电气安装阶段。这也是西南地区首座受端换流站工程。

据悉,哈密至重庆±800千伏特高压直流输电工程是国家“十四五”规划确定的重大工程之一,起于新疆巴里坤±800千伏换流站,途经新疆、甘肃、陕西、四川、重庆5个省区市,止于重庆渝北±800千伏换流站,直流线路全长2290千米,额定输送功率为800万千瓦。该工程预计明年6月双极低端投运,先期满足最大400万千瓦功率的“疆电入渝”需求。

重庆渝北±800千伏换流站是西南地区首座受端换流站,总投资约60亿元,是重庆市占地面积最大、建设工程量最大、总投资额最高的电网旗舰型站点。建成后,每年可从新疆接受电量超360亿度,有效增强重庆电网保供能力。同时,哈密至重庆±800千伏特高压直流输电工程同步配套风、光等新能源1020万千瓦,清洁能源电量占比超50%,可等效替代燃煤600万吨,减排二氧化碳1650万吨,将大幅提升重庆非化石能源电量消纳比例。

该工程的建成将有效缓解西南地区电力供应紧张的局面,对于优化区域能源结构、促进清洁能源高效利用、保障电力安全稳定供应具有重要意义。同时,对于推动西部大开发战略实施、促进区域经济协调发展也将发挥积极作用。

It is reported that the Hami to Chongqing ±800 kilovolt UHV DC power transmission project is one of the major projects identified in China’s “14th Five-Year Plan,” starting from the ±800 kilovolt converter station in Bairkhun, Xinjiang, passing through five provincial-level regions including Xinjiang, Gansu, Shaanxi, Sichuan, and Chongqing, and ending at the Yubei ±800 kilovolt converter station in Chongqing, with a total length of 2,290 kilometers of direct current lines and a rated power transmission capacity of 800 million kilowatts. The project is expected to commence operation in June of next year, initially meeting the maximum power demand of 400 million kilowatts for the “Xinjiang electricity into Chongqing” project.

The Chongqing Yubei ±800 kilovolt Converter Station is the first receiving-end converter station in the southwest region, with an investment of about 6 billion yuan. It is the largest grid flagship site in terms of land area, construction volume, and total investment in Chongqing. After completion, it will annually receive more than 36 billion kilowatt-hours of electricity from Xinjiang, effectively enhancing Chongqing’s power supply capacity. At the same time, the Hami to Chongqing ±800 kilovolt UHV DC power transmission project will synchronously support 1020 million kilowatts of wind, solar and other new energy, with a clean energy power generation share exceeding 50%, which can effectively replace 60 million tons of coal and reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 1.65 billion tons, significantly improving Chongqing’s proportion of non-fossil energy power consumption.

The completion of the project will effectively alleviate the tense situation in the power supply of the southwest region and is of great significance for optimizing the regional energy structure, promoting the efficient use of clean energy, and ensuring the security and stability of power supply. At the same time, it will also play a positive role in the implementation of the western development strategy and the coordinated development of regional economies.
