海南社保卡“一卡通”服务事项数量居全国前列 首创多个应用领域
中新网海口7月30日电（记者 王子谦）一张小小的社会保障卡，在海南能办哪些事？记者30日从中共海南省委宣传部举办的“加快推动海南自贸港高质量发展”系列专题新闻发布会第十三场——优化营商环境之海南省“高效办成一件事”个人事项专场了解到，海南社会保障卡已实现37个部门575项“一卡通”事项，服务事项数量居全国前列，还在全国首创多个应用领域。
社会保障卡是服务民生的基础性载体。海南省人力资源和社会保障厅副厅长闫福震在新闻发布会上介绍，截至6月底，海南全省持卡人数1028万，已基本实现人口全覆盖。在社会保障卡居民服务上，海南省在完成人社服务、就医购药、交通出行、旅游文化4个领域的服务应用基础上，不断创新拓展服务领域和应用场景：
政务服务“一卡通办”，政务服务窗口、自助终端可用社保卡作为校验凭证，实现申请海南户籍落户、失业金申领等多项业务；免税购物“一卡通购”，本岛居民可持卡“返岛提取”免税商品；补贴待遇“一卡通发”，惠民惠农财政补贴超过95.2%通过社保卡发放；教育服务“一卡通享”，各类教育财政补贴资金通过社保卡发放，部分学校食堂、门禁实现社保卡应用；住房公积金“一卡通提”，持卡可办理27项公积金业务。
闫福震说，海南社会保障卡“一卡通”服务事项数量居全国前列，并在全国首创实现户籍落户、酒店住宿等应用，目前已有2289家酒店可持卡办理住宿登记。
