山西教师冯莎的故事，只是山西教育援疆工作的一个缩影。近年来，山西坚持把教育援疆作为“造血”工程来抓，兴建教育设施、提升教学水平、培养师资队伍、加强职业教育、推进信息化建设，一位位山西教师也从三晋大地来到边疆的三尺讲台，开启援疆支教之路。
从援疆教师留下来，到援疆教育资源留下来，山西援疆工作也在基础教育设施建设提升上下了功夫。走进昌吉州阜康市晋阜小学，宽阔的操场、先进的教学设施让人眼前一亮，汉字智能授课系统、室内朗读亭、智慧书法教学系统，一流的教学环境让学生们爱上学校、爱上学习。在教学楼内，有专门打造的“晋疆空间”，展示着山西历史、特色美食。
阜康市晋阜小学是山西省全额投资8000万元打造的教育民生工程，在新疆义务教育学段学校中，硬件软件资源方面均位居前列。学校的建成，解决了周边11个行政区、22个村1620名孩子上学远、上学难的问题。
山西援疆教师不仅带来了先进的教育教学理念和丰富的教学资源，还和新疆当地教师结成了师徒关系，实现了知识的传承和教学方法的交流。年轻教师刘佳就切身感受到了山西援疆教师“手把手”的温暖，她希望自己也能成为孩子们口中很喜欢的老师。

BEIJING, July 29 (Xinhua) — Teachers from Shanxi Province are nurturing students on the foot of the Tianshan Mountains, focusing on passing on knowledge, helping and guiding, and integrating to promote growth.
The story of Shanxi teacher Feng Sha is but a glimpse into the province’s educational aid to Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. In recent years, Shanxi has been committed to treating educational aid to Xinjiang as a “blood-producing” project, focusing on building educational facilities, improving teaching standards, cultivating teaching staff, strengthening vocational education, and advancing the construction of an information-based system. One after another Shanxi teachers have come to the frontier regions to start their journey of teaching aid in Xinjiang.
From the teachers staying behind, to educational resources staying behind, Shanxi’s aid to Xinjiang has also invested effort in the construction and improvement of basic educational facilities. At the Jinxi Primary School in Fengkai City, Changji Prefecture, the spacious playground and advanced teaching facilities stand out, with intelligent teaching systems for Chinese characters, indoor reading pavilions, and smart calligraphy teaching systems, creating a first-class learning environment that students love. The Jinxi Primary School, which was fully invested by Shanxi Province with 80 million yuan, is an educational welfare project that ranks among the best in terms of both hardware and software resources in Xinjiang’s compulsory education schools. The completion of the school has solved the problem of distant and difficult schooling for 1,620 children from 11 administrative districts and 22 villages in the surrounding area.
Teachers from Shanxi who have come to Xinjiang not only brought advanced educational and teaching concepts and abundant teaching resources, but also formed master-apprentice relationships with local Xinjiang teachers, realizing the transmission of knowledge and the exchange of teaching methods. By May 2024, more than 60 friendly schools had been established between Shanxi and Xinjiang, with 66 class pairs and 2,508 student pairs, and regular exchanges and cooperation between the two regions have been conducted, promoting the sharing of educational resources and the improvement of teaching quality.
