新华社北京7月29日电（记者梅常伟）全军学习贯彻党的二十届三中全会精神宣讲首场报告会29日在京举行。中共中央政治局委员、中央军委副主席张又侠，中共中央政治局委员、中央军委副主席何卫东会见宣讲团成员并听取报告。
张又侠在报告中强调，全军官兵要深刻领会习近平总书记的重要讲话精神，全面准确理解《决定》提出的重大举措，将思想和行动统一到党中央、习主席的决策部署上来。他特别指出，要深化改革强军的阐释，讲清讲准改革任务，确保改革任务有力有序推进，为建军一百年奋斗目标和国防和军队现代化提供有力保障。

In his lecture, Zhang Yazhe stressed the need for all military personnel to profoundly understand the important speech of General Secretary Xi Jinping, comprehensively and accurately understand the major measures proposed in the Decision, and unify their thoughts and actions with the decisions and arrangements of the Party Central Committee and General Secretary Xi Jinping.
