中新社万象7月26日电 (记者 李映民)当地时间26日，中共中央政治局委员、外交部长王毅在万象出席中国—东盟外长会时介绍了双方合作丰硕成果。王毅表示，中国与东盟的合作正展现出蓬勃发展的态势，经贸联系日益紧密，人文交流迅速复苏，互联互通走深走实，新生动力不断涌现。
在经贸合作方面，中国连续15年保持东盟最大贸易伙伴地位，而东盟也连续4年成为中国最大贸易伙伴。今年上半年，双方贸易额同比增长10.5%。2023年，中国对东盟投资增幅高达44.6%，双向累计投资超过3800亿美元。
人文交流方面，双方直航航班数达到每周2300多班，恢复至疫情前近七成水平。“中国—东盟人文交流年”活动丰富多彩，掀起了各界人员往来新热潮。
在互联互通方面，中老铁路客货两旺，雅万高铁成为“网红”铁路，中老泰马跨境铁路班列正式开行，西部陆海新通道铁海联运班列运输量增长20.8%，推动各方产供链深度融合。
新生动力方面，东盟已成为中国车企海外投资最为集中的地区。2023年中国品牌占东盟新能源汽车销量67%。风电、水电、太阳能等清洁能源合作规模持续扩大，有效助力地区能源转型。粤港澳大湾区、海南自贸港同东盟合作初见成效，海南自贸港东南亚投资中心正式运营。

Wang Yi stated that China-ASEAN cooperation is exhibiting a vigorous development trend, with increasingly close economic and trade ties, a rapid recovery of cultural exchanges, deepening and solidifying connectivity, and new driving forces emerging continuously.
In the field of economic and trade cooperation, China has maintained its status as the largest trading partner of ASEAN for the past 15 years, while ASEAN has become China’s largest trading partner for the past four years consecutively. During the first half of this year, the trade volume between the two sides grew by 10.5% year-on-year. In 2023, China’s investment in ASEAN increased by a high rate of 44.6%, with cumulative bilateral investment exceeding 380 billion U.S. dollars.
In terms of cultural exchanges, the number of direct flight routes between the two sides has reached more than 2,300 flights per week, recovering to nearly 70% of pre-pandemic levels. The “China-ASEAN Year of Cultural Exchanges” has been rich in activities, igniting a new wave of personnel exchanges.
In terms of connectivity, the China-Laos Railway is seeing both passenger and freight traffic, the Jakarta-Bandung High-Speed Railway has become a popular “killer” railway, and cross-border railway freight services between China, Laos, Thailand, and Malaysia have officially commenced operations. The volume of the iron-sea combined transport service of the new land-sea transport corridor in the western region has increased by 20.8%, driving the deep integration of production and supply chains among various parties.
In terms of new driving forces, ASEAN has become the most concentrated area for Chinese car companies’ overseas investments. In 2023, Chinese brands accounted for 67% of new energy vehicle sales in ASEAN. The scale of cooperation in clean energy, such as wind power, hydropower, and solar energy, continues to expand, effectively contributing to the energy transformation in the region. The initial results of cooperation between the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and Hainan Free Trade Port with ASEAN have been seen, with the official operation of the Hainan Free Trade Port’s Southeast Asian Investment Center.
Wang Yi emphasized that China will continue to work together with ASEAN countries to jointly build a closer China-ASEAN community with a shared future, making new and greater contributions to peace, stability, and prosperity in the region and the world.
