研学团成员在喀什古城的参访中,见证了城市翻天覆地的变化。他们游览了木器巴扎、帽子巴扎等传统市场,并对当地的传统文化和手工艺品产生了浓厚兴趣。此外,研学团还参观了新疆国际大巴扎和吐鲁番市葡萄沟等著名景点,深入了解了新疆的多元文化和自然景观。

北外外籍专家魏汉在参观后感慨,喀什的变化之大令人惊叹,老城区改造后,现代与传统交织,展现出一幅生动的城市画卷。

研学团还将前往克孜勒苏柯尔克孜自治州进行访问,进一步体验新疆的多样文化和生活方式。此次研学活动不仅增进了海外学子对中国边疆地区发展的认识,也促进了不同文化背景下的交流与理解。随着中国西部大开发的深入推进,新疆作为丝绸之路经济带的重要节点,正迎来新的发展机遇,吸引着越来越多国内外游客和学者的关注。

China News Service, Kashgar, Xinjiang, July 26 (Ma Xiaodong) A foreign study delegation, consisting of experts, international students, and students from Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan organized by Beijing Foreign Studies University (BFSU), recently conducted a two-day visit to Kashgar, Xinjiang. The study tour aimed to enhance the understanding of overseas students about the development of western China and to promote cultural exchange and integration.

During their visit to the ancient city of Kashgar, members of the study delegation witnessed dramatic changes in the city. They explored traditional markets such as the woodcarving bazaar and hat bazaar, showing great interest in local traditions and handicrafts. In addition, the delegation visited famous attractions such as the Xinjiang International Grand Bazaar and the Grape Valley in Turpan, gaining a deep understanding of the diverse culture and natural landscapes of Xinjiang.

Lin Peiwen, a student from Macau who visited Xinjiang for the first time, expressed that through this study tour, she gained a more direct understanding of Xinjiang and felt its vitality and openness. Hong Kong student Ho Wan-yee was particularly impressed by the harmonious coexistence of commercial atmosphere and residential life in the ancient city of Kashgar.

Foreign expert Wei Han from BFSU commented after the visit that the transformation of Kashgar was astonishing, with the modern blending with the traditional after the renovation of the old city, presenting a vivid urban landscape.

The study delegation plans to visit the Kazakh Autonomous Prefecture of Kizilsu to further experience the diverse cultures and lifestyles of Xinjiang.
