统一战线“地域+领域”组团式帮扶毕节：累计实施帮扶项目709个，投入资金2.52亿元
中国新闻社贵阳7月23日电（记者张伟、杨茜）：自2024年以来，中央统战部、各民主党派中央、全国工商联深入贯彻“毕节所需、聚焦重点、各展其长、各尽其能”的帮扶原则，全面助力毕节地区的发展。截至目前，统一战线已累计在毕节实施地域帮扶项目571个，投入资金1.44亿元；实施领域帮扶项目138个，投入资金1.08亿元。
这一帮扶举措，是在2023年7月17日中央统战部办公厅印发的《关于统一战线“地域+领域”组团式帮扶毕节的工作方案》的指导下进行的。“地域”帮扶涉及中央统战部、各民主党派中央、全国工商联定点或对口帮扶毕节的8个县市，“领域”帮扶则聚焦科技、产业、教育、健康和人才五大领域，将帮扶活动拓展至毕节全市。
这一方案的实施，不仅实现了帮扶资源的互补共享，也促进了统一战线全方位、立体化、多层次参与试验区建设的新格局。数据显示，2023年毕节市地区生产总值增速创下历史新高，脱贫成果得到有效巩固，乡村振兴全面推进，高质量发展迈出坚实步伐。
在五大领域帮扶中，科技方面，建立了科技特派员之家，建成“骨干工作室”3个、科技小院7个，培育了38名毕节本土科技骨干；产业方面，统一战线联引优强企业赴毕节考察，签约落地项目44个，落地资金达27.58亿元；教育方面，通过联引优质教育资源、名校帮扶和名师结对等方式，已落实教育帮扶项目36个，培训师生4.66万人次；医疗方面，推动浙江省人民医院毕节医院获批国家区域医疗中心，联引华西、湘雅等20家知名医疗机构帮扶毕节有关医院，建立了15个国医大师、名医工作站等育才平台；人才方面，联引16名专家担任（兼任）毕节学校校长、医院院长，帮助培训各类人才34.08万人次。
2024年6月19日，中央统战部召开了统一战线助力乡村振兴联席会议暨统一战线助力毕节高质量发展联席会议，再次研究部署统一战线“地域+领域”组团式帮扶毕节的相关工作，各民主党派中央、全国工商联分别出台了“地域+领域”组团式帮扶毕节的实施方案，以进一步巩固地域帮扶成果、深化拓展领域帮扶工作。这一系列举措的实施，彰显了统一战线在毕节地区发展中的重要作用，也为推动乡村振兴和高质量发展提供了坚实支撑。

The Chinese News Agency, Guiyang, July 23 (Zhang Wei, Yang Qian): Since 2024, the Central United Front Department, the Central Committees of the Democratic Parties, and the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce have been implementing the principle of “Bijie’s needs, focus on key areas, and utilize strengths and capabilities” in their assistance efforts. This principle is aimed at fully supporting the development of Bijie region. Up until now, the United Front Working Group has implemented 571 regional assistance projects in Bijie, investing 1.44 billion yuan; and 138 field assistance projects, investing 1.08 billion yuan.
This assistance initiative was guided by the ‘Scheme for the Clustered Assistance of the United Front Working Group to Bijie Based on Region and Field’, which was issued by the Office of the Central United Front Department on July 17, 2023. “Regional” assistance involves the定点 or reciprocal assistance to 8 county cities in Bijie by the Central United Front Department, the Central Committees of the Democratic Parties, and the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce. “Field” assistance focuses on the five major fields of science and technology, industry, education, health, and talent, expanding the assistance activities to the entire city of Bijie.

In the industrial sector, the United Front Working Group attracted leading enterprises to visit Bijie, signed and implemented 44 projects, with investment reaching 2.758 billion yuan. In the education sector, through the joint attraction of high-quality educational resources, school帮扶, and teacher mentorship, 36 education assistance projects were implemented, training 46,600 teachers and students. In the medical sector, the Zhejiang Provincial People’s Hospital in Bijie was approved as a national regional medical center, attracting 20 renowned medical institutions to help Bijie’s relevant hospitals.
