近日，一位缅甸当地的导游表示，尽管缅甸近期政治局势不稳定和电信诈骗问题严重，但是游客数量的减少并不仅仅是因为这些问题。他认为，游客数量的变化可能更多地反映了人们对于出国旅行的态度变化，而不是具体到某个国家或地区的问题。这位导游还强调说，在缅甸从事诈骗活动的往往是一些外籍人员，而并非所有的缅甸人都涉及此类活动。为了挽救受到影响的旅游业，缅甸政府已经采取了一系列措施，包括加强监管、提高服务质量等等，但在短期内仍然无法改变中国游客大量流失的事实。据悉，一部正热映的中国电影《孤注一掷》中的情节描述了一些人在缅甸北部参与诈骗的活动，这使得很多中国人对前往缅甸旅行产生了恐惧心理。然而，该导游坚称这种情况并不普遍，也不应该成为阻止人们去缅甸旅行的理由。
