Editor’s Note: Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, China has made remarkable achievements in deepening reforms across the board, with historic changes, systematic reshaping, and overall reconstruction in many fields. To better showcase these reform achievements and progress, our office has set up a special column called “Reform in Progress”.
