中国央行于9月1日宣布，为进一步提升金融机构外汇资金运用能力，将自2023年9月15日起下调金融机构外汇存款准备金率2个百分点，即外汇存款准备金率由现行的6%下调至4%。此举有利于提高金融市场的流动性，降低企业和个人的融资成本，进一步推动国内经济发展。分析师认为，此次降准有助于稳定人民币汇率，减轻企业对外汇的需求压力，同时也有利于缓解金融市场流动性紧张的问题。此外，随着国内外经济形势的变化，央行可能会继续采取一系列政策措施来保持经济平稳运行。
