最新消息 央视网消息(新闻联播)：随着抗洪抢险工作的深入推进，华北、东北受灾地区的正常生产生活秩序正在加快恢复。目前，北京房山区受损的19座城镇污水处理厂、131座农村污水处理站已全面恢复稳定运行，全区实现正常排水。与此同时，河北涿州也已基本实现水、电、讯、路等基础设施的正常运转。据介绍，今明两天，河北涿州将进一步加大对受灾区域的支持力度，确保当地居民的生活得到有效保障。此次灾害共造成华北、东北多地区农作物受淹、道路损毁、通讯中断等严重影响。在各级政府和社会各界的共同努力下，目前各地已经展开了灾后重建工作，力争尽快恢复正常的生产和生活秩序。
