据了解，事发当天，在湖山路路口红绿灯处，两辆车发生碰擦。交警抵达现场后得知，后车司机陈某因身体不适服用了感冒药后驾车。陈某表示，早上起床后感到全身酸痛，在未完全恢复的情况下服用了药物并驾车出门。行驶不久后，药物作用使其出现困倦、注意力不集中，导致事故发生。
