辽宁铁道职业技术学院原党委书记熊义被“双开”
中新网5月24日电 据辽宁省纪委监委消息：日前，经辽宁省委批准，辽宁省纪委监委对辽宁铁道职业技术学院原党委书记熊义严重违纪违法问题进行了立案审查调查。
审查调查发现，熊义在担任辽宁铁道职业技术学院党委书记期间，严重违反党的纪律，涉嫌违法。熊义在任职期间，利用职务上的便利，为他人谋取利益，非法收受巨额财物；同时，他还存在其他违纪违法行为。
根据《中国共产党纪律处分条例》和《中华人民共和国监察法》的有关规定，经辽宁省纪委常委会会议研究并报辽宁省委批准，决定给予熊义开除党籍、开除公职处分。其涉嫌犯罪问题已移送检察机关依法审查起诉，所涉财物随案移送。
