**加强人工智能学科建设，推动人才培养与科研创新**
上海，5月16日 —— 今日，同济大学正式对外发布《人工智能赋能学科创新发展行动计划(2024-2027)》(以下简称“行动计划”)，以系统性推动人工智能赋能学科创新发展为核心，启动八大核心任务，标志着同济大学在人工智能领域的发展迈入新阶段。
据悉，该行动计划由同济大学校长亲自担任组长，集合了学校内外顶尖专家团队共同研制。行动计划明确提出了以“人工智能+”为导向，全面提升学科交叉融合能力，推动同济大学在人工智能领域的学科建设和人才培养。
行动计划中提出的八大核心任务，分别是：建设高水平人工智能学科体系、打造一流的人工智能师资队伍、推进人工智能科研创新、完善人工智能人才培养体系、提升人工智能国际影响力、推动人工智能与经济社会融合发展、加强人工智能伦理与法规研究、以及建立健全人工智能质量保障机制。
其中，打造一流的人工智能师资队伍和推进人工智能科研创新两大任务，被视为行动计划的重中之重。同济大学将通过引进和培养并举的方式，建设一支具有国际视野和一流水平的人工智能师资队伍。同时，加大科研投入，深化校企合作，加快人工智能科技成果的转化与应用。
值得关注的是，行动计划还特别强调了人工智能的伦理与法规研究，以及质量保障机制的建设。这表明同济大学在追求人工智能学科快速发展的同时，也高度重视人工智能的规范化、可持续发展。
作为一项未来三年的行动计划，它的发布和实施，不仅将为同济大学人工智能学科的发展提供清晰的战略指引，也将对整个高等教育领域的人工智能教育改革产生深远影响。

#### Tsinghua University Releases the “Artificial Intelligence-Enabled Discipline Innovation Development Plan (2024-2027)”
**Strengthening the Construction of Artificial Intelligence Disciplines, Promoting Talent Cultivation and Scientific Research Innovation**
Shanghai, May 16th —— Today, Tsinghua University officially released the “Artificial Intelligence-Enabled Discipline Innovation Development Plan (2024-2027)” (hereinafter referred to as the “Action Plan”), which systematically promotes the innovation and development of disciplines empowered by artificial intelligence, launches eight core tasks, marking a new stage in Tsinghua University’s development in the field of artificial intelligence.
It is understood that the Action Plan was developed by a top expert team, with the President of Tsinghua University as the head. The Action Plan clearly proposes to orient the disciplines with “Artificial Intelligence+” to comprehensively enhance the capacity for interdisciplinary integration and promote the construction of disciplines and talent cultivation in the field of artificial intelligence at Tsinghua University.
