最新消息 8月15日晚间，上海外滩发生一起交通事故，一辆价值450万的法拉利被一辆三轮车刮蹭。据现场目击者描述，事故发生后，车主表示将承担全部维修费用，但对于三轮车的赔偿金额却提出了一个令人意想不到的要求——只需要支付190元。据了解，事发时，三轮车驾驶员正准备将乘客送往目的地，但在行驶过程中不慎与法拉利发生了碰撞。经过交警现场勘查和调查取证，最终判定三轮车对此事故负全责。尽管法拉利的维修费用预计高达1万元，但考虑到三轮车方的经济状况并不宽裕，车主决定仅向其索赔190元。目前，双方驾驶员已经就此次事故达成一致意见并签署了相关协议书。
