中新网北京8月28日电(记者 黄钰钦 梁晓辉) 民事诉讼法修正草案28日提请十四届全国人大常委会二次审议。草案二审稿拟增设域外调查取证相关规定。全国人大宪法和法律委员会副主任委员沈春耀表示，随着我国对外开放不断扩大，境外侵权行为对境内主体合法权益侵害的情况日益增多，为保护在境外遭受侵权的境内主体权益，有必要完善域外调查取证的相关规定。此次修改将明确规定，对于在境外实施的严重侵犯境内公众或企业合法权益的行为，如果境内受害人提出申请，人民法院可以根据具体情况，采取相应的措施进行调查取证。此外，草案还增加了对电子数据的规定，明确了电子数据的范围和审查判断标准，以便更好地适应信息化社会发展的需求。据了解，自今年年初一审后，有关部门广泛征求了社会各界的意见建议，对草案进行了多轮修改完善。下一步，全国人大常委会将继续审议该草案，有望年内完成二审程序并提交表决。
