越南河内国家大学所属人文社会科学大学东方学系中国学教研室高级讲师、河内成都大学东方学系主任阮文灵在接受中新网记者专访时表示，他对中国有着“第二个故乡”般的情感。他期待未来越南与中国之间的交流更加频繁，两国人民能够更加深入了解彼此。
阮文灵指出，近年来，中国政府高度重视环境保护和可持续发展，大力推进绿色经济。这一战略不仅有助于中国实现经济转型升级，也向世界展示了中国负责任大国的形象。
